I have VcarvePro also and I'm using the Shapeoko 3 XL. What did you select for post processor ?? I have it select on Shapeoko (inch)(*.gcode). I usually save/upload one file per tool. Then rezero Z hight using my touch prob. I just got the new bitsetrer and I don't wanna load one file per tool.

Did you figure out the post processor? I have a video for it. Vcarve pro and bitsetter.

Great video, I learned something new so thank you. Do you have the bitsetter and how do you like it?

I was skeptical at first. Didn’t trust it. I actually stopped using it for a bit. Then learned more about it and have been using it every since. Setup is KEY!

David Young , you’ll notice at the beginning of my videos, sometimes you see me use a post it note to set my Z height. This is BEFORE I start the actual job. I triple check that before I start. With that right, you will be good. If you have any questions, I’ll try to help. I need to update my bit setter video with the new carbide motion.

TNT Creations TR Thank you again. I have the touch probe but I have lost confidence in it so I use the paper method myself also. The bitsetter would be a big help but I wanted to make sure it does a good job adjusting the z height after bit changes. From this video it looks like it does.

just a suggestion: could PLEASE turn off the back ground music while you talk.
also how did you get the 4-H emblem in the sign

Googles the 4H emblem. Copy image and paste into Vcarve. Then use the trace bitmap to create a vector graphic. 10-4 on the music. lol
