  • This is my honest opinion of these Porta Steps from RV-CO.
Even though these steps were sent to me by RV-CO, this is still "my" honest and personal opinion.
I opened these steps as you see, pulled them out and used them.. this day!!! 5-9-21.
This is my second pair of steps due to an upgrade.
These steps are totally rebuilt from my original steps/video I did in 2015. Although, they are a little heavier, the steps are wider and the top platform is also longer. This makes entering the camper mush easier and safer as I'm not between steps 2 & 3 to open the door. Just step on and open the door... step in.
I apologize for the "OH MY" and "OH WOW" way too many times, but trust me, these steps are "OH WOW"!!!
Contact RV-CO for your brochure today, or IM me for any questions. I'd be glad to help out. (www.rv.co.com)
Thank you RV-CO... these steps are... seriously... wait for it... "OH WOW"!!!!

Just sold our 5 step RV-CO porta steps with riser. Selling the 5er and bought a motorhome, so now we're ordering the 3 step free standing for the motorhome. Great made in Texas product.

Thank you for both your old and new videos on the RV-CO steps! I have a 5th wheel in Palm Springs that is stationary. I want to do the same thing as you with adding these steps. I have a Forrest River Cardinal 5th wheel that looks similar to your beautiful rig in this video. My rig steps are similar to yours, or at least I think they are. Mine are 26" wide. Yet, in your video, it looks like the RV-CO top deck covers your existing 5th-wheel top step entirely. Yet, RV-CO's website states the platform step is 23" wide. So, how would it cover your rig's top step? Or am I overthinking or overlooking something? Plus, I noticed in the older video that you didn't attach the RV-CO step to the top step on your rig, but you did with the new steps. Was there a reason why? Also, why did you buy new steps? Was there a safety issue with the old steps? Do you think there's a lifespan to the RV-CO steps? Thank you very much again for the videos! I've wanted to add "wooden" steps to my rig, but finding contractors who want to do the job here in Palm Springs is almost non-existent. It's almost as if people don't want to work anymore. So, these RV-CO steps would make a great alternative! Thanks again! GREAT VIDEO!

Hey Wayneonepark... yeah, these steps are awesome. I know I"m WAY late to answer, but hope you bought some of the steps. They are... and still are... great steps. The upgrades that they did to these steps are by FAR the 'Bomb"...!!! I know, I'm overboard on this, but seriously, these steps are a little pricey, but YOU GET WHA YOU PAY FOR, and these steps will most likely outlast your RV... Happy camping!!! if you buy some, tell them Hawkskyflier sent you!!!
