Kai Greene & Phil Heath (Their Biggest Year?)

According to Kai's trainer this year was his heaviest pushing over 280 at the post Olympia shows. Phil's legs might be as big but I don't think his upper & lower body has ever looked this massive a long with the detail. Most will say 2011 or 2013 are their favorite Olympia years of Phil. Of course there are those who like the smaller more aesthetic 2008 version. Hope You Enjoy!

I like the 2013 version of Phil better than 2011. The added mass with great condition in 2013 is the winning factor for me. Same with 1998 version of Ronnie compared to 1999 where he was bigger with great conditioning .

Kai always looks very soft and retained a lot of water. Only in 2012 was perfect but versus Phil never had opportunity. Greatness.

with all the respect in the world for kai greene... the man is a legend. hardworking machine no doubt. but phil is just a litte better.. little fuller.. and just bigger and has overal very well proportion. respect for these big legends.. but phil wins this clash of the titans pease!!!
Phil was super round & conditioned. Kai is a bigger guy but what matters is the illusion you make on stage. My favorite version of Kai is his 2009 Australia Grand Prix win. Phil is at least 10 lb smaller than Kai despite being 1 inch taller

Flex Wheeler wasnt a huge guy either, but looked 250 lb when he really was 225-230

I disagree. Coleman had a lot more thickness in the chest , back and thighs and glutes, basically all the major body parts even in 1998.Yes the arms, forearms, delts and calves were more or less the same.

Yea Buddy..2013.Good to see you comment here. I liked the massive 2013 version of Phil. If you've ever seen And Still... Phil's 2013 DVD; Kai looked better at night than PJ and the crowd was chanting Greene..Greene..Greene after the posedown & they were backstage..Phil goes Bull Sh** with Kai & Cutler within a few feet of him. I'm sure Phil got a perfect score because they pulled him early out of prejudging. That's pretty rare. Now get to da Choppa. :). .
Nice. 2013 was actually the best version of Phil. He was more aesthetic in 2011 but his 2013 package was bigger and fuller and would beat what he brought in 2011. I mean just look at dose hammies at 0:52 like WTF it's unreal. And not much of a gut to speak of either
