I hope an experienced and more talented developer tries their hand at a Tarkov type game. BSG takes ages to make changes to Tarkov cuz they low-key lack really talented devs or a vision of how to make the game significantly better in good time, not over 10 years of beta lol Even modders are better at developing Tarkov than BSG and they hate that. With greyzone and ABI coming tho someone big will see the looters shooter genre as an opportunity.
“Saved itself” is a bit of a stretch, they have done next to nothing to stop the cheating problem which totally ruins the early game loot and mid to late game gun play, there is so much cope for this clearly dying game

Oh and btw, Tarkov isn’t a “Looter Shooter”, that would be stuff like Destiny, Borderlands, etc. I think what you’re looking for is “Extraction Shooter”, like Hunt, Tarkov, DMZ, etc.

Yeah right, it wasn’t even in Alpha in 2015. It became available for selected people in late 2016 and went alpha in 2017. There are so many new quests and much more. What are you on about?
@@drtyeyeball excuse me if I got the date wrong, I’ve graduated both hs and college since I started playing. I got my key when unturned was still popular. Point still stands btw. From launch quests have been the same. Cheaters are still a problem, Nikita is still greedy, community still has a stick up the ass.

@@drtyeyeballnot much thought, not in a 7 year span, they have not added nearly enough for 7 years when there’s so much they could do. They can’t even fix fps issues or bugs without ruining the game
i started 3 wipes ago and the patches since the unheard fiasko brought so much that i think it was more than what they updated in a year window prior note: i think pve mode is perfect if you took a break and wanna get rid of the "rust" a bit :)
When the PvE mode is available for all editions next month ima buy that. I been on a break from GZW for a while and started playing Arena Outbreak it was pretty fun too.
For anyone thinking about playing eft or returning. The game is filled with cheaters. You will never die without questioning if it was legit. The amount of cheaters will only skyrocket after whipe when the game surges in players.
I agree, it really needs to look a lot better than it does currently, but it will never happen. They can push for greater graphical fidelity, but at the cost of performance. This is because the game is built on Unity, which isn't exactly known for being the most graphically advanced game engine. I always found it odd that BSG and Nakita chose Unity over Unreal Engine from the beginning, despite the fact they set out for realism from the very beginning.
why is the price always a issue... everybody spends at least 100 buck a week just for gasoline, going out etc... For 250, have 2500+ hrs of fun.. thats cheap....🤷♂
The video creator left out a lot of info. People aren't just mad at the price. BSG introduced a higher tier version of the game with some significant pay to win / progress features after advertising that EOD edition would be the best and final edition of the game. EOD customers are still waiting to see the value of it's price tag. Among many other slimy issues.

cuz tarkov has been a work in progress since almost 10 years ago. you cant substitute hard work with cheap imitation

i think EFT needs a total over haul visually. it just don't look good enough for me too want to play it.
