Coffee is my all time favorite flavor of ice cream! I have read elsewhere that sweetening with allulose helps keep it creamy, and prevents crystalizing.

Thanks for the tip! I didn’t know that :) I try to stay away from sweeteners whenever possible. I found this recipe doesn’t produce ice crystals, so didn’t need to experiment. Using an ice cream machine would be another option.
