Speaking for myself, I don't think I'd do well in a side-hustle lifestyle. I do better if I focus on just one thing. So whether it is being a software developer employee, a manager, a startup founder, a real estate investor, or whatever, I think I will get further in life with one thing. Had I been able to get into a really good company such as Microsoft when I was younger, I think I could have done very well and would probably have much more money than I do now. But it just never happened, and besides, being a startup founder suits my temperament because I have control and can pull the levers I need to to steer the company in a way that is aligned with my strengths. Even at a good company like Microsoft, I still would have been subject to the whims of whatever the company wanted me to do and would not have been able to control my own destiny the way I can with my own startup. But I can't be a startup founder and do real estate investing as a side hustle. That would just be spreading myself too thin.
I think in general it’s a nice thought. In my case I work in a hospital. While the 9-5 grind is a pain and you hate “answering to the man” I can say I make a true difference in peoples lives. While I don’t get rich off my salary I’ve invested incredibly well to where I can live the type of life I want. My advice is do what makes you happy and what you’re passionate about. Andrew Tate can boast I’m a billionaire until you realize he sat in prison and can’t leave his home. Is he truly happy? Can he take that money with him?
cool bro, enjoy while you can. one day you will see why Kaiser Permanente workers went on strike, or maybe a higher up decided you're not useful anymore
that's great that you are helping people's lives but do you think working this 9-5 is maximizing your potential, could you make a true difference in even greater amount of people's lives? for tate, money = power. he influence MILLIONS of young men lives and change an entire generation and is trying to destroy the elites we have now. He is happy because he is fulfulling one of his missions in life that God gifted him. Prison and being locked up in his house is the sacrifice a warrior is willing to make for the prosperity of future generations

Most people are lazy though, I don't think most people want to put in the effort to learn and take action in real estate investment. I think investing in stocks and crypto is easier in terms of effort, risk, and return ratio.

I agree with the title so much , I just could never be ok with being average and working the average 9-5 job and I always get judged for it
need to freedom
great vid! Woud love to hear more about business, creating your own software, yt channel, side hustles etc
Hey John, can you make more updated videos about this topic, specially the business side
Real estate is close to impossible to do right now. Maybe in 3-5 years when the market resets a bit
That’s actually not correct. I’ll do a video saying why if you’d like.
@@BulldogMindsetV2 that would be great!
