    Great vid Warro. That road was enough to loosen your fillings! Can't wait to get back down under in October.

      yeah it was a rough track to do the run on. probably a total mess now as its been raining solid for a good 24 hours.
      all the best!

      pretty happy with the tyre choice too. ran along extremely well under condition i thought were not too good.
      ran well on the sealed too and had no issues running at 100 kph apart from the odd tyre hum.

    Hi Warro, That was great fun to watch. It looked like the Honda suspension was handling things better than the Enfield's, but it sounded like the Honda was trying to lose a few bits along the way. Also, have you ever considered trying a Yamaha TW200? I had a 2022 model that I traded in last year and I've regretted it ever since. It vibrated a bit, but was still decent on the road, and felt like a mountain goat off pavement. At the time I traded it I didn't have my head wrapped around owning more than 1 motorcycle - now I have 2 in the shed and want approximately 11 more. Or 111 more, possibly. Thank you for the video!

      you'd have to be on that road to know how bad it really was. i was wearing my back pack with various items in it. i hit one rough section and heard a sound and pulled over and my coffee making cup had totally ejected from my bag and was on the track...lol
      never happened before and lucky too. well over $100 in value and could have lost it on the spot.
      i didnt notice anything noise wise. i thought it ran extremely well. mabe an audio issue.
      if for one moment i wasnt happy-i'd sold it by now but all good.
      one thing i can say - i am in no hurry to ride that track again on any bike. ...lol
      ie heard of the tw200 but i believe never came here. the closest bike i had would have been a xt250 which was ok too but i think the tw200 has bigger tyres.
      i still have the GROM ther. it may run well with the off road tyres too...lol
      all the best!

  • @norsehall309

    G'day Warro, that track would be rougher than it looks on the video, the Honda performs well, the wide handle bars would help stability when going through damaged road, cheers mate, Neil 🤠. PS, stay safe and on two wheels.

    • @ridewithwarro
      @ridewithwarro  3 месяца назад

      yeah on the day the constant corrogations were a real killer...lol in most cases not that much of it around these roads where i reside but for some reason that track is full of them.
      ive been on it several times and its never been like that.
      maybe the grader smoothed it over and it rained and then the ripples appeared. not sure but its not a nice road...lol
      plus if you look at my enfield clip im sort of in the same area say within 10 klm of this track.

    4-wheel drive only? Really? The driveway at my daughter's old property in country Victoria was worse that that! They had a beat-up old Hilux 2WD ute... Reckoned only city folks needed 4WD! 🤣
    So, which handled the dirt better, Warro - the Honda or the Enfield?

    • @ridewithwarro
      @ridewithwarro  3 месяца назад

      yeah that sign is more a pre-warning for the final one klm drop to the river. that is really steep plus a 2wd would not make it across the river as i could see very large rocks in there.
      i would not take the bike across by myself anyway. that would or could be expensive if it fell over in the drink..lol
      hard call on which bike is better as both are now running off road tyres.
      id say the Gb350 would easily be the fastest ride of the two as i had it at times sitting on 70/80 kph on the dirt which i feel is pretty fast considering i usually ride 45/50 kph on dirt plus feels much lighter too

    Great ride again Warro. Some of our main roads in Melbourne are like that. I remember when I first started riding and we played ‘chicken’ with a CB175 and a motor scooter. The CB175 felt like a big and heavy bike all those years ago. I am wondering what your preference is between the Honda and the RE350. 👍🇦🇺

    • @ridewithwarro
      @ridewithwarro  3 месяца назад +1

      honda goes better than a classic 350 but classic 350 looks better...lol my motoz tyre change did well too and its possible to sit on 70 to 80 kph on the dirt.
      not so prior to the stock tyres.
      although this was a bad road really and im in no big hurry to try it out again...lol i think it was a 90 klm round trip but in part 2 i did pull over at the river for a coffee break..lol
