The first time Bellamy died it was gut wrenching! I actually said, "Nooo" out loud to myself after it happened, but at least it moved the story forward and caused some character development. So it felt like his death helped shape the characters they become. Then we find out he's still alive and has had this crazy experience showing him there's more to life than death and war. Instead of hearing out what Bellamy has to say(one of their best friends from the start, who's put his life on the line to protect all of them multiple times), Clarke kills him over a notebook that she doesn't even get. She leaves the book with disciples and Sheidheda. It does not change the plot line and it doesn't even change the characters. Octavia and Echo just accept it because he was "dead already"?? You barely talked to him! Are we supposed to accept that he just became a brainwashed character that deserved to die? That everyone who loved him would abandon him that quickly? And it turns out he was wrong about the Shepherd but he right about transcendence! Years of character development and he is killed for nothing, alone, with none of his friends mourning his loss. I'm disgusted. Edit: Apparently Bob(Bellamy) and the show writer(Rothenberg) had beef. Bob couldn't commit as much time to the show as in previous seasons, but ending Bellamy's character arc like this was just wrong and a disservice to everyone who worked so hard to make this a memorable show.

Oh, and Clarke got a daughter and Octavia finally got her happy ending.

I really wish they would have had Bellamy get shot in the arm instead of the chest. This would have done the job of showing that Clarke truly cared more for Maddie that him, and it also would have taken him out of the final act which could have happened normally. Then at the end, they could show Bellamy on the beach with the rest. This adds another layer to the ending, showing that Bellamy is still the same person deep down and that he would still go back to be with his friends. Then, if they wanted to, the producers could have thrown in a little Bellarke for the fans.
Hey man of recaps, just a correction that is kinda larger for the ending, They didn’t restart humanity on earth ....... humanity was over once they died. They just had to make more seasons cause fans just wanted it. Each season gets made on the spot thus making the ending feel bad cause they had no hints to the ending making it feel fake
They stated like a couple seasons ago that the material they were following from the books ended back at season 5. The last 2 seasons after earth was destroyed, was completely new. They didn't follow the books closely for seasons 6 and 7. Tbh it should have ended like 2 seasons ago.
I heard Bob Morley had some mental/personal issues so Bellamy had to be rewritten for the season (which explains his absence from most the season as a main character). I also heard Eliza an Bob got a miscarriage this year, so that may have been the last straw for Bob. But then again, what is true and what is fake news
I have no doubt. Writers on the show admitted that they had to rewrite the last three episodes and the actor who played Bill said the ending was supposed to be different.

That’s what I keep saying!!! there’s no possible way this series could have wrapped up in any peaceful sort of way but to completely destroying themselves ultimately.
@@JoseRodriguez-kw9ez nah alien lexa said for them to come back they had to give it up, cant have offspring and cant live on with the rest of the human race but "they dont seem to care" implying theyre happy just livng out their lives
7 seasons trying to survive, countless deaths aiming to achieve peace and then suddenly most of humanity turning into a glowing light groot
This season was so rushed. I love the futuristic technology but this season went straight up magic.
Magic is just science that we don’t understand yet 💫

"But we got guns, cloaking devices, laser blasters, ahhh I think you get the picture, and THEY TOTALLY IGNORE HIM!"

Lol and “they had to Jon Snow him somehow”
It has nothing to do with the actors and writer relationship, Bellamy's character has a similar fate in the books.
Your recap made more sense the the actual show
Yeah I started getting very confused s7!!
Terrible ending but always love murphy
why was it terrible though?
Bellamy missing and also this isn't iwas expecting i mean wtf they should atleast show some 5 mins more of them talking or anything but nah they left it there wtf
@@whereisrvggie They literally did what ALIE tried to do with her City of Light seasons earlier. Live with no pain and happy but now they're calling it "transcend". Correct me if Im wrong. Bellamy's dead sucked huge ass like it was a 30 seconds scene. They could've done a lot with the end of season 6 but meh this whole season was trash.
@@cagandocaca I like you and thank you every other comment people just deny its trash this ending or when going threw the last season

one of the most rebellious characters: with insane loyalty for his loved ones, fell victim to random fate. Wow, amazing writing, well done. Ive never been so disappointed since the final season of GoT.
AAWWWWW YEAH MAN OF RECAPS!
thank god for you. I couldn't watch the last few seasons and I'm so happy I saved hours by watching your 12 minutes.
Honestly you missed out
clarke’s one night stand lived longer than bellamy did
Really enjoy your videos! Loved this recap, I like to watch these after I finished the series, just in case I miss anything. You always make these videos so interesting, captivating, visual pleasing & you're also really fun too! I love your voice & the passion you have when you do these videos. Well done & I look forward to watching more :) Love from England x
I love how your video ends with Clarke shooting Bellamy on repeat. Just like how it felt when the show took away any possible chance of our 7 season ship Bellarke ever happening.
I don’t ship them
I will always love the first 5 seasons.
Echo's faces always gets me @ 5:37 when he says “thats literally my boyfriend “😂😂😂😂😂
So I stopped watching after season 3, what happened to the show lol 😆
Ya boys got ya sorted with all the recaps hahaha I was the same , liked season 1 and 2, then became unwatchable
nothing to much, just guys who considered them self as gods and snatched peoples bodies, a group of miners and militairy that tried to kill everyone, the devil himself that tried to take over the clans, and a minor group of people that made portals out of some green gelly and believed that the key to "transcend", whatever that means, was t fight a war. Oh, and Clarke got a daughter and Octavia finally got her happy ending.
João Carvalho at least we got Octavia to be happy for once💀
Lexa came back
Eunika Ayungac yea . . .uhmm, y-yea. I guess, sort of💀
SEASON 1-5 was the best in my opinion, the main goal was more about survival and it were so much more realistic. Season 1 gonna be the best example they got of a real good survival serie
This is exactly what I needed. About to start season 7 and I could not remember what the heck happened. Recap didn't work. Had to watch the last episode of season six just to barely remember. And than this video helped tremendously. Thanks!
The girls are so badass in season 7 that was one of the good things
Thank you! I watched the first season and cannot wait and ended up finishing the whole series in one night thanks to you hahaha
Never seen this show, I’m very delightfully confused
you are so lucky I watched all the seasons and it feels like i lost a friend it ended any good luck watching it
This show really broke me. The sadness I felt at the end... man this show is so so so amazing. It feels like the friends in the show are my own
I’ve seen the show but I was also confused from the last season lol
But they don't restart humanity they just extend it by another 60ish years :(
Less than that.
Welcome back my man of recaps. It’s about time I get to enjoy your amazing videos yet again, hope your having a great day.
Yet another amazing video from my favorite reccaper😀
I love the development of Octavia and Murphy 😍
I honestly wish bellamy was the one clarke saw not lexa i feel like clarke loved bellamy more than lezxa, but jason doesnt want that for bob

this show is pretty much a copy of Lost but somehow crazier
No
Uhhhhh, my thoughts exactly. I was literally like "They aren't going to Lost this are they?" you know because I think its pretty obvious that that is already established as a horrible idea. Then they did.🤬
Also the sea serpent thingy in season 2 made the same noise as the smoke monster and there’s so many similarities in between the shows

Top notch recap as always!
The season 7 was sooo bad tho.. They should have ended it with season 5 :/

Who on Earth would have bet that Murphy would last all seasons ?
A roach is indeed really hard to kill LMAO.🤣🤣😂😂
This show was ended for me in s5 when clarke and bellamy were holdinf hands and crying while looking at Sanctum
Then, if they wanted to, the producers could have thrown in a little Bellarke for the fans.
okay but murphy had such a good character development. him and emori (probably spelt that wrong) are my favourite characters
Emori murphy and indra were my favorites
i’ve never been happier to have not of watched a show
Hey man of recaps, just a correction that is kinda larger for the ending, They didn’t restart humanity on earth ....... humanity was over once they died. Humanity transcended and joined the larger consciousness and the gang, they chose to stay with Clarke until they passed. No more human race. That’s it. Bittersweet. 👌🤙
Thanks! Appreciate your recaps and if you ever had time (always wanted to do these) if you’ve seen the show killjoys if you take recommendations or suggestions, that’s a great show with a great story line, only 5 season ✌️👊cheers man of recaps🤙

Shocked that you got it up so fast! Thanks!!
SO BELLARKE WASN'T ENDGAME???????????
right... I can't believe they dropped the ball on that one
But there was no romantic interest at all the entire season. It wouldn't make sense for them to fall in love at the last season.
They were best friends.
At least they married in real life
Your work, doing these recaps, is absolutely magnificent! Thank you!
I thought the dog in the end scene looked like the dog on the end of 'Lost'. Nice to know dogs still exist.
The biggest mistake on the show was Madi. They shouldnt have include her that way Bellarke might have happened atleast he could have lived
And madi caused so many more deaths and made me hate clarke
I’m glad they didn’t get together through the whole show
I thought the same, and the flame storyline should have ended in season 3
Madi looks like a boy lol
I wish they would’ve gave us a look on what the Bardoians looked liked, or what the energy beings looked like before they figured out how to harness their consciousness.
What a series! ICONIC!!!

MAN OF RECAPS!!! LUV THAT U DID THE VID SO SOON!!!
This show is a genre in itself
I just feel good knowing Clarke and Bellamy ended up together in real life
I missed Bellamy badly.. who else missed him in the finale?
LOLL!!! @MOR, doing it for the fans. Thank you for saving me at least 70 hours of my life. You are the hero we needed, not the one we deserved, lmao. Now recap some good shows, you are the man!!!! of RECAPS!!!!
This series is so twisted, my head still hurts 🙆🏻♂️
“We have laser guns and cloaking devices so just gonna ignore you” I died hahahaha 😂😂
Can you start recapping Peaky Blinders?!
season 7 was just too confusing and chaos. they tried to pack so much craziness into one season, i just could not keep up, but this is very helpful!
Was a terrible ending, I hated it, it was a massive cop out
They just had to make more seasons cause fans just wanted it. Each season gets made on the spot thus making the ending feel bad cause they had no hints to the ending making it feel fake
How would you have ended it then?
A terrible fucking ending didn't understand shit
I thought it was a great ending. But hey to each their own
They stated like a couple seasons ago that the material they were following from the books ended back at season 5. The last 2 seasons after earth was destroyed, was completely new. They didn't follow the books closely for seasons 6 and 7. Tbh it should have ended like 2 seasons ago.
Thanks for making recaps of this show!
I feel like half this shows plots are just stolen from much better works of Science fiction
mmm... except I'm not sure WHAT the writers were on for the last three seasons to have it be that nonsensical.
@@eleanorjones26407 they ran out of content from the books, so had to improvise. guess thats why its a bit nonsensical
Wow from where the 100 started to how it ended definitely turned into something I never expected.
Jason rothenberg and Bob morley must have had a huge falling out, for Jason to do his character dirty like this...
Actually that's what had happened as you've just speculated
@@cuddlyteddy4478 source?
I heard Bob Morley had some mental/personal issues so Bellamy had to be rewritten for the season (which explains his absence from most the season as a main character). I also heard Eliza an Bob got a miscarriage this year, so that may have been the last straw for Bob. But then again, what is true and what is fake news
I have no doubt. Writers on the show admitted that they had to rewrite the last three episodes and the actor who played Bill said the ending was supposed to be different.
