After watching the show, I read your books, folks, and if you want to read the book for Bellarke, I want you to know that there are no most characters like Jasper Monty Lexa in the book, but are there bellarke? Of course, and it was beautiful, to be honest.
Ok, spoiler Alert, i was upset that they killed off Bellamy. At first i didn't like him but his story arch changed that for now. But why in the hell did they kill off Finn so early on around the second season. That was hard. One of the best Characters killed off early on. So when they killed off Bellamy in the way they did i felt that was like pouring salt on a wound. He should have transcended. Oh well.
If Richard had ended up playing Bellamy, there wouldnt even have been a Bellark ship name. If Bob had played John Murphy, there would have been a Murffin ship for sure.
I miss the big voice of pike talking like : you cause the world to be destroyed and : doing the same thing and expect different result is the definition of insane😄
Why is nobody talking about glass? Her character development in the books is amazing and done so well 💖 O was also gay and the youngest out of the 100 🏳️🌈
Although I wanted Bellarke to happen, I do think it was a good idea that it didn't because it kept us coming back for more and trying to guess in which season it was going to happen. Also, it would have been a very obvious romance. I did not expect many of the things I watched on this show and that made it awesome!!!! can't belive it's finished :( I hope they do The 100: the second dawn
I knew there was going to spoilers to the book but I didn't expect such a big spoiler like that . I already finished book 1 and I am now reading The 100:Day 21.
another fun fact, jasper was supposed to die at the end of the first episode, obviously he survived and im glad bc i couldn't imagine the first 5 seasons without him.
I honestly think Lincoln and Bellamy could've stayed, but I do understand that Bellamy's death was kinda necessary. However everyone else who died I personally feel like their deaths were pretty self explanatory. I think the whole 7 seasons were good most of the main characters stayed the plot was still about survival on earth. I have no complaints I'm glad it didn't go to shit like "The Walking Dead".
Bellamy definitely did NOT need to die. You can even tell how Octavias bf ended up taking over Bellamys parts. They were all shot the same way they used to shoot Clarke, Bellamy and Octavia together. Its also been confirmed that there was an ending written where Bellamy didnt die. They just chose this one. So no he did not.
The moment the writers did Bellamy's character dirty at the end, that was the end of the series. They turned his character into something he's not, it was over. S7 started out good, but they the way ended it AND the entire series so disappointing.
I definitely recommend buying all the books. They’re SO much better than the story line in the T.V. series. Spoiler alert for the books - Clarke and Bellamy get engaged and build a house in the woods together! Fyi the books were actually made for a younger audience. If you’re like me you like to listen to stuff rather than read it so I’m buying the kindle book series!
How season 7 should have ended (spoilers) number one, keep Bell alive for goodness sake. If it was really nessary to kill him off, make it possible for him to return to earth after he died (bc of his anomaly belief, he got resurrected when died). Thats one simple plot change would mean that: He could CHOOSE to go back to earth to be with Clarke and reconcile their relationship. Make EVERY blarke fan happy and would be a ending worth the 7 seasons for the OGs. ALSO MAKE THE CHARACTERS ABLE TO HAVE CHILDREN! Another small plot change so that Maddy could come back and not be alone. This way we can imagine that the human race has a future and can potentially repopulate the earth. It would be an ending true to its roots, as the point of the show is what ppl would do to survive...and that ending would show that they did it. And they are living on earth, safe. The reunion should have been longer. I didnt watch 7 seasons to get a 40 second clip of only a few of my favourite characters smiling. Plus imagine how heartwarming it would be to see Bell Clarke Maddy and the rest of everyone together again. Its what they always wanted, peace and safety and each other. It would have made the 7 years of death and what they had to do to survive worth it, and not seem so rushed. And would have an actual pay off, not just a luke warm happy ending. If you would like to hear my fan fiction about how it should have ended you can look me up on WattPad😂 @the.100.rewritten "May We Meet Again"
I'm finishing up season 6 now. Probably done with the series by the end of the week. Really interested in reading the books because the show was really good. Be honest with me, from someone who has read them.. worth it? Better or worse than show?
I’m currently reading the books while watching the show too. I would say the books are great, but nothing like the show. Since I was introduced to The 100 by the show first, the books seem a bit dull. There is no Murphy, Raven, Monty, Jasper, Lincoln, Lexa, the list could go on. Although it is a great book series in general. Lots of Bellamy and Clarke in there. And there is more of Wells too.
I hated clarke killed bellamy over a dam book she ended up leavin there anyhow, and it STILL ended up in wrong hand, i hated that dumb move she did. She made a lot of fucked up stupid decisions. That msde their situations worse, like trusting ALEXA FULLY
Am I the only one who pretty much stopped shipping Bellarke by around the time the MM died? Like, at first I hard-core shipped it, but as time went on, I like their friendship a lot
Well, Finn wasn't main character who died in last season, three episodes before finale, he wasn't killed by love of his life, his soulmate (Ik Clarke killed him too, but that was for his sake, so I don't count it). He haven't died thinking nobody loves him, and he haven't died alone. Finn died because he murdered a village (18 innocent people), and Bellamy, who was male lead role for seven seasons and full seven years, died that way. He even didn't have time to be with his sister, and his death was placed on last three minutes of the episode. And that episode wasn't even about him, so it was literally out of nothing, because episode was about Raven and Gabriel. He died even if he was right, and his death was for nothing. Why? Because Madi died anyway. So yes, we will talk about Bellamy because he deserved so much better than he got.
No Lexa is not in the books, many other characters are not in the books either, and vice versa also, there are some that are in the books but not the show
i just started book 3 of the 100 and i really was hoping that there would not put any spoilers but then you mentioned that bellamy and clarke get engaged?!?! (entirely my fault tho...)
@@SelenaSabbagh honestly, they shouldn't be compared because they are completely different stories. Idk which one is better because the netflix show has way more content but the books have of Bellarke and they have way more of Wells. If I had to choose, i think the show is better but only because it has way more story. I haven't finished reading all the books though so I can't really give a concrete answer.
this is irrelevant but I wish that the movies had more climax and built up more before they killed off characters, like Wells for example. Obviously this doesn't include Abby's death as her's was very well done.
Lexa, Lincoln, Wells, and Bellamy's deaths were badly scripted especially Wells being that he was a main character through out all the books. And the addition of Raven played by Lindsey Morgan was good because her character upheld the moral standards in the latter seasons and without her skills humanity would never have survived beyond the first few seasons.
Well … I’m glad they did something different in the show compare to the books I mean Bellamy and Wells half brother ? Bellarke together ? Boring !!!! But yeah there would have been backlash probably.
The ending of the show was rather weak. Nonetheless, still a great show. Also, time to read the books.
Yah it was good show ending was strange for me but I mean it was still alright
Yes, it was a weak ending. The characters will outlive the story methinks.
am i the only one who feels like the show took on a whole different storyline after s4?? it went from surviving on earth to traveling dimensions or something
fr like it was so unnecessary 😭 they should have stopped while they were ahead
Indra was my fav grounder tho.
After watching the show, I read your books, folks, and if you want to read the book for Bellarke, I want you to know that there are no most characters like Jasper Monty Lexa in the book, but are there bellarke? Of course, and it was beautiful, to be honest.
whatt?? noooo I love Monty and Jasper! lol just looked at the books (german vers) and guess who put characters on the cover that don't even exist xd
THERES NO LEXA? DEATH TO THE BOOKS
Oh well.
finn was ok to me, I liked him but was so mad at him for cheating on raven with Clarke, and didn't even bother to tell Clarke that he had a girlfriend
Finn literally murdered one whole village because he "loved" Clarke..
bellarke 💔
If Richard had ended up playing Bellamy, there wouldnt even have been a Bellark ship name. If Bob had played John Murphy, there would have been a Murffin ship for sure.
Why
No mention of the best Ship..... Kabby!🖤🖤
I miss the big voice of pike talking like : you cause the world to be destroyed and : doing the same thing and expect different result is the definition of insane😄
I’ve just started reading the books having finished Hugh Howey’s silo trilogy, which I also highly recommend. For Clarke and Bellamy.
Why is nobody talking about glass? Her character development in the books is amazing and done so well 💖
O was also gay and the youngest out of the 100 🏳️🌈
Yes!!!! I like Glass as a character.
I dont know why but she bored me
Although I wanted Bellarke to happen, I do think it was a good idea that it didn't because it kept us coming back for more and trying to guess in which season it was going to happen. Also, it would have been a very obvious romance. I did not expect many of the things I watched on this show and that made it awesome!!!! can't belive it's finished :( I hope they do The 100: the second dawn
But srsly, When Lexa died, a part of the show died too. 😭 I guess she would've been one of the best part of the show.
Wait wait Jaha is Bellamys Fatherrrrr wth
according to the books yes. but in the books Bellarke was canon too
I knew there was going to spoilers to the book but I didn't expect such a big spoiler like that . I already finished book 1 and I am now reading The 100:Day 21.
They ruined it with the show, The End.
another fun fact, jasper was supposed to die at the end of the first episode, obviously he survived and im glad bc i couldn't imagine the first 5 seasons without him.
@@thitpoulsen352 Its MY opinion an as I said, I understand why his death was kinda necessary.
Loncon only died because he left, Jason was very rude towards him
@@thitpoulsen352 bob wasn’t going to be finishing the show do to personal reasons so the character unfortunately had to die
@@dtrain9911 Bob took time off lol he didnt quit.
The books are amazing and Bellarke happens.
stan ricky whittle (lincoln) 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The moment the writers did Bellamy's character dirty at the end, that was the end of the series. They turned his character into something he's not, it was over. S7 started out good, but they the way ended it AND the entire series so disappointing.
There’s .....booksssss!!!!!!! Omg must have LOL
Bellarke for life
Eliza did a fantastic job on the show
Lincoln noooooooo😭 I can't get over it
in season 3 thats when everything changed and was out of plot kinda but season 7 was the worst omg
I knew there was chemistry with belemy and Clark
Why should we read the books now? You just gave away important details. Thanks! (maybe next time, let us know there are spoilers to the books)
Let’s be honest. Bellamy & Clarke would’ve been together instead of Echo & Bellamy if she made it to the rocket.
Althoug Bellamy died 😭 I will still watch it. I'm in season 4 now.
Still Watching 2020 Great Video I love It
Bob and Eliza Couple ❤️👍😍👫

This video was made two weeks ago and the series ended less than 3 months ago.
I love them both they are basically different storylines
dude, for DAYS I was trying to figure out why the actor for Roan was SO familiar and then it hit me... HES KARENS EX HUSBAND IN SHAMELESS?!?!? LMFAO.
Im still REALLY mad about Lexa’s death
After season seven I felt like I lost some of my best friends
For me the show ended at season 5 and i want to keep it like that.
How season 7 should have ended (spoilers)
number one, keep Bell alive for goodness sake.
If it was really nessary to kill him off, make it possible for him to return to earth after he died (bc of his anomaly belief, he got resurrected when died). Thats one simple plot change would mean that:
He could CHOOSE to go back to earth to be with Clarke and reconcile their relationship.
If you would like to hear my fan fiction about how it should have ended you can look me up on WattPad😂
@the.100.rewritten "May We Meet Again"
I’m about to buy the books
The show would be a lot better if eden wasn't destroyed and if it ended in season 5.
I watched this it's good
Why is nobody taking about that Oktavia in the books actually gay is ❤😍
Rick Whittle is the best part of this show, hands down
I'm finishing up season 6 now. Probably done with the series by the end of the week. Really interested in reading the books because the show was really good. Be honest with me, from someone who has read them.. worth it? Better or worse than show?
theres a season 7
In my opinion books are better, but that's probably just my Bellarke heart 🙋♀️😁
I like when talking about Raven they show a Lexa clip
im so glad the show is way different than the books
Is the books better or worse?
@@SelenaSabbagh im not sure, i haven't read the books but lexa isn't in them so that's a no from me
I’m currently reading the books while watching the show too.
@@zeenathossain1662 yeah since all my favorite characters are missing and clarke and bellamy are together, i don't wanna read the books
@@buzzdbi Honestly, I wouldn't read the books either, but I kinda like Bellamy and Clarke so that's literally the only reason I'm reading them.
(Murphy is and always will be my favorite.)
Like, at first I hard-core shipped it, but as time went on, I like their friendship a lot
everyone is talking about Bellamys death but what about finn guys😭
I'm so glade Ricky whittle is shadow moon
WAIT, so in the book clexa isnt a thing??????? IS LEXA IN THE BOOK?
No Lexa is not in the books, many other characters are not in the books either, and vice versa also, there are some that are in the books but not the show
We should have a re-run based fully on the book 😏
The 100 isn't "followed" by the books. Filming started before the first book was even published. And they have almost no similarities
does bellamy die in the books cause if not im ab to buy them
No he doesn't die in the books
bellamy is so fine and bellarke should’ve happened I mean they even happened in real life we were robbed😭
Bellamy was my baby
i just started book 3 of the 100 and i really was hoping that there would not put any spoilers but then you mentioned that bellamy and clarke get engaged?!?! (entirely my fault tho...)
Do you think the books are better than the show?
They are.
@@SelenaSabbagh also the books don't have Lincoln in them which was kind of sad since Lincoln is one of my favorite characters from the show
Where can I get or buy the book?
Lincoln was the hottest guy on the show.. I’m going to miss him so much😔
It already looked completely different in season 7. It was good till then.
I have the first book but I haven’t read it all the way through
I think Kane should have been Bellamys father, they look almost the same.
I loved the show, but the last 2 season..... I could have lived without them
You have a long rant except the advertised theme, the show vs the book.
Tbh I only liked season 1-4 😕 after that...idk it just didn’t seem like the 100 to me
Books are so fucking different
dw guys bellarke isn't a thing in the show but in real life they are :)))
I really liked murphy
this is irrelevant but I wish that the movies had more climax and built up more before they killed off characters, like Wells for example. Obviously this doesn't include Abby's death as her's was very well done.
It should have been Jordan wisely!!!!!
The books were great I wish the series was as good i mean the series was good except for season 7 I wasn’t a fan
Books are so much better!!
Threw his name in the hat? It's threw his hat in the ring, or drew his name from a hat.
Well … I’m glad they did something different in the show compare to the books
I mean Bellamy and Wells half brother ?
Bellarke together ?
Boring !!!!
I was so grateful to the shorunners that they didn’t make bellarke in the show 🙏
I’d just wish an another storyline for season 7 bc it ruined the show a little but this is my opinion
I finished the 100 on Netflix just an hour ago before the show disappear in midnight
What a great 2 weeks it was to rewatch all the show
I use to like the cw station with all the superheroes, secret circle, the 100,supernatural,vampire diaries it was great! I dont watch it anymore, i lost interest.dumb
Yea lincoln should not have been taken, and i hated jasper killed himself
There was a lot of weak story telling. And what I hated most about this show was that I hated the you were supposed to like. That includes Lexa, Octavia, Clark (after season 2), Indra and several more. Not because I didn't like the acting, which was actually not bad. But I hated the character. They were so unrealistic.
I agree with you, except maybe for O and Indra, because yes, I hated them for some moments, but I love their characters all in all. I hate Gaia's and Madi's characters tho
He wanted to be taken off the show .. that's what Ricky said on something
THIS COMMENT CONTAINS SPOILERS
Wth was season 7. That shepherd dude was SICK how mental must you be to make a religions out of yourself that’s blasphemy and DISGUSTING. ALSO WHY DID BELL FALL FOR THAT CAP. IT WAS SOOO OUT OF CHARACTER ITS AS IF HE HASNT EXISTED FOR 7 YEARS! I WAS SOO MAD. NOT AT THE FACT HE DIED BUT THAT HE DIDNT HAVE A REDEMPTION ARC! HIS DEATH WAS SOO MEANINGLESS. Like Jasper, Monty and Harper all had meaningful deaths as deserved BELL IS OUR MAIN MALE LEAD WHAT HAPPENED THERE WHAT THE FORK. I couldn’t finish watching it...so I didn’t.
