Great it sounds amazing!👾, by the way you can select the middle point and with the option/alt key start dragging and it will create an even curve negative on one side and positive on the other
Love this video. Have you ever thought about using 3rd party VST FX filters modulated by Bitwig envelopes (like Segments) to get different filter flavours on your bass?
I sometimes use them to modulate some synth parameters, but the VST API is a bit doesn't update very frequently as far as I can tell. Slow modulations work quite well, but for quick envelopes, the response is usually not accurate enough. I was hoping that this would change with the CLAP format but so far I havent seen any improvements.
Followed all instructions slowly, but when I transpose notes up and down the waveform changes. What could I be missing here? Going crazy trying to find it!
I'm not familiar with forest or HiTech, but it should translate quite nicely. As you can see the envelopes are time based, so if you increase the tempo everything scales automatically. You might have to adjust/increase the phase rotation I can imagine because of the higher tempo. Hope this helps (and works) :)
I've seen it LOL🙈. Already thought about making a new video... But I actually prefer using the Scrawl oscillator anyway, which doesn't have either of the functions. Removing, or controlling, the fundamental is of course still a topic I might talk about sooner or later.
Please show WHAT you're going to create at the beginning of the video so there's motivation/a goal to actually watch your video. Going directly to HOW has no motivation beyond what your video title created.
@@totopolo2379 LOL, the tutorials are definitely flashy. Not sure about the "noobs" themselves. They might be fluorescent though, considering this is psytrance,
Great tips!
It's incredible how little the psytrance sound has changed about 20 years! I remember dancing to that bass back at glade festival in 2004/5
the innovation is in the purity and precision
No it really hasn't changed that much, but we also just label everything :). As soon as something sounds slightly different it gets re-categorized.
Psytrance changed, fullon didnt 😊
@@au5music oh hi austin lol
it never changed because it came from a couple logic digital filter and people look gor that sound to this day.
The new All-pass Modul is great for Psybass! Your Videos are absolut over the Top. Thank you!
Thanks a lot for your supporting words :)
I have version 5.1.8 but I couldn’t find this high pass filter, tell me where to look or is it in a newer version?
@@thenaria it's in the 5.2 beta
Great demos. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks that's a great tip!
just when you thought you'd heard every possible way to do a saw-ey psy trance bass variation..

as always the best videos come from you ty very very much
Thank you 🙏
A great day for Psytrance indeed! 🙂
yep 😃

That's expected (if I understand you correctly). To avoid it you would have to let the allpass follow the pitch.
can you show this in a darker situation for forest oe so styles o all the same

it is the same thing
Now they have introduced "Remove DC Offset" and "Remove Fundamental" so it changed how I make psytrance basses again 🙈

thanks for the input
If you are familiar with RC, the title should be all the motivation you need.
perhaps you need other kind of vid tutorials for flashy noobs
