For sugar syrup: Sugar-1 cup Water-1 cup Cardamom-3 Bring it to boil and simmer for a minute. For sweet balls: In a pan, add Ghee-1 tbsp Semolina-½ cup Roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Milk-¾ cup. Cook until milk gets absorbed. When it's coming off the pan, remove it into a bowl. Rest for 10 minutes. Milk powder-2 tbsp Cardamom-¼ tsp. Knead the dough. Milk-2 tbsp Knead. Baking soda-¼ tsp Mix well. Make small ball shapes. Fry in oil in medium heat. When they become brown, remove them from oil and soak in the warm sugar syrup for 2 hours and then enjoy🎉
