Sad news: I accidentally deleted the save file for my Ironman run and I have no way to recover it. It is super annoying. I was playing a solo lone wolf run in the background and I inadvertently deleted the save file. It's doubly annoying as I had figured out the militia stuff. You can recruit up to 8 militia and they have 3 levels. The third level is only gained by them fighting enemies that invade. I had managed to get militia everywhere. I spent nearly $50k and almost a month doing it. Anyway, it's sadly gone and so that concludes the series. My apologies for the balls up.
