Thanks ,Mike for sharing this series. Im constantly amazed and impressed by the beauty and diversity of Oregon every time I watch your videos. Seems like the perfect place for leisurely riding and exploring off the beaten track. Certainly high on my list of places to visit/ ride. Glad everyone had a safe trip. Cheers, Dan ✌️🏍🇨🇦
Mike, so happy for your wore out arse on what appears to have been a soul rejuvenating experience. Wish videos had scratch & sniff for the forest trail!
I don’t know if quaint is a word that normally comes to mind when describing the USA but some of the small towns you traveled through were certainly that. Together with the awesome landscapes and roads it made for a mighty fine series ! 🇬🇧
What a great series, Mike. Eleanor and I used to go cruising some of the same roads 35 years ago, (before kids) , in the old Vette. These videos makes me want to go back out there. Thanks, Mike! We really enjoyed it. I've also sent the links to my friends in Louisiana to enjoy as well.
Many thanks, Scott! I’m glad you enjoyed this little interlude from the mighty garage 😉 I hope you are doing well. I can only imagine how cool it would’ve been to ride those roads on your old Triumph or an old Corvette!
Thanks Rod. I missed that. There's a little glitchy thing with Final Cut Pro that catches me out on that one from time to time. Hope all is well. Cheers, Mike
You guys should have stayed at the Condon Hotel on the corner in town. Much nicer than that cinder-block place.🤮 All those tiny eastern Oregon towns are so clean and neat. I'm surprised they can hang on as well as they have. Eight seniors graduating...must be tough to field a football team! And that Chevy Monty Carlo...$$$$$! Thanks for the ride.
Hehe, the motel was just perfect for our motley crew. We had the place all to ourselves and sat outside with a beer and snacks until late. It was nice and clean and comfy. We did go inside the Condon Hotel on our after dinner walk. It was lovely and I believe quite expensive but very nice and probably more appropriate for a nice weekend away with my wife 😉. That Monte Carlo was beautiful wasn't it! Condon was a really nice place and I agree, everywhere looked so nice and clean. It was awesome. Best wishes, Mike
What a great series of videos, enjoyed it VERY much! Other than your beautiful Honda, can you list the other bikes on the trip? I saw a few nice BMW….thank you!
Roast Chicken Dinner in the oven, sit down and watch The Mighty Garage. Can’t fault it 👍 Ray 🇬🇧
Hehe, thank you Ray. that sounds tasty 🍗 Best wishes, Mike
A brilliant trip, thanks for taking us along and showing the beauty of Eastern Oregon.
Thank you Martin! It was very nice to look back on some of the scenes as I was editing. Cheers, Mike
