The way you explained everything was brilliant. Have been consuming it since childhood. Yet there were misconceptions that having even two eggs at a time my cause health problems (mother gave just half at times). The family believed it and us kids had such belief while growing up. Some insights on the protein requirement for kids of different age and the number of eggs that could be given to them daily will help.

I was pure vegetarian and now I regret that because when I was in college it was hard to get enough protein and micronutrients. Now I am eggatarian not a non-vegetarian and I am vocal for consumption of eggs because I started eating eggs after learning the benefits and easiness of making food using eggs. And India is a poor country and so much malnutrition is here that's why all state governments should have to give eggs in mid-day meal and who don't want to eat they don't eat but who eat they should have and eggs should be provided by govt to poor children.

How can one add enough micronutrients in their diets easily I mostly eat whole grains and my macro ratios are good now but when i counted i was lacking in most micros

35 years back my tauji explained this to my taiji asking her to start eating and allowing eggs at home so their teen kids can get some protien.That’s when I learned this as a 5 year old kid. They could never get egg in their household but our family did and we don’t call ourselves eggaterian but vegetarian. Whenever taiji would cook in our home she would always ask “ismei anda to nahi bana tha” 😂

Please try to upload videos more frequently in Hindi. Instead of redoing the entire process, why not dub the English videos in Hindi? This way, you can avoid delays and ensure consistent uploads in Hindi. I understand you're aiming for perfection, but don't worry too much about it-your Hindi videos will improve with time.
I dont do this full time. It's a weekend hobby at best, and I don't think dubbing captures what I want to communicate (because there are differences in how I write the script in English, Tamil & Hindi), so yes, I will try and do 2 videos per month with some consistency but beyond that is hard

Its actually the fact that birds tend to eat anything. Birds came from dinosaurs, which have rakshas nature. Cows don't have rakshas nature. Cows are vegetarian. So their byproduct is fine, when we cant go seeking human breast milk for extra nutrition.

12:02 sorry for a dumb question but, should we cover them for 30min to prevent oxidation or they should be fine without it?
Oxidation won’t be the problem, but insects getting in, so covering is in general a good idea

Please try to upload videos more frequently in Hindi. Instead of redoing the entire process, why not dub the English videos in Hindi? This way, you can avoid delays and ensure consistent uploads in Hindi. I understand you're aiming for perfection, but don't worry too much about it-your Hindi videos will improve with time.
I dont do this full time. It's a weekend hobby at best, and I don't think dubbing captures what I want to communicate (because there are differences in how I write the script in English, Tamil & Hindi), so yes, I will try and do 2 videos per month with some consistency but beyond that is hard

Its actually the fact that birds tend to eat anything. Birds came from dinosaurs, which have rakshas nature. Cows don't have rakshas nature. Cows are vegetarian. So their byproduct is fine, when we cant go seeking human breast milk for extra nutrition.
