Hi I am from Kerala, here we have Coco trees. And we collect the fruits break it, place the Coco seeds under sunlight for it to dry. And we sell them. At my home I have around 100 trees. And on a monthly basis we get around 40 kilos of coco during the season. Since the past 2 years, the rate of coco was just ₹120 - ₹200 per kilogram. But suddenly out of the blue the prices were increased to ₹1000 per kilogram. We do have a habit of stocking the cocos till the prices go up. But we did not expect this hike. Almost everyone in in my town who has Coco stock, including us sold it. We at this time of the price hike sold 80 kgs of this. For this commodity which we should have got just ₹10000, We sold it for ₹80000. And when the prices were low many people cut down these trees and they were very depressed and were crying. As I was looking for the reason of this price hike I saw this video. Now I understand what the hell happened. Awesome video by the way keep it up.😂❤

In brief, I eat lots of chillies, be it small one or big we say Bhoot Jolokiya in my language.

Amul has Choclates with 55 % 75% 90% and 99% cocoa dark choclates. It is upto consumers what they choose. These choclates are expensive and so people choose the sugar alternative with less cocoa. Amul also has variety of chocolates with cocoa from different countries you mentioned. Whether you want ghana, belgium etc. Also Amul is an indian brand. 😊
great video once again, us consumers in india lack this important awareness and assume all chocolate is the same. I wish you would have delved a little deeper into the basic ingredients of chocolate and show what we should be looking for when making the purchase decision.

Thanks for raising this issue. My request to health ministry to make strict regulations for we Indians, so that no brand can use the loophole in the laws to cheat us.
Absolutely agree with it, I live in Canada over 3 years , and I’ve noticed it here , the chocolates sold in American markets as well are actually of better quality than in India. Humari government ko in rules ko or bhi strict karna chaiye, otherwise as you said taking it to 2.5% of cocoa is nothing … I better eat a spoon of sugar then , that might cause me less harm 😂😂😂 But yeah, to the point , nice video 👍

Amul dark chocolate which used to be ₹25 three months back now costs ₹40 but still tastes the same no cocoa solids quantity has increased but simply an example of inflation.
Cocoa and chocolate both come from the same source: the Theobroma cacao tree, also known as the cocoa tree. But they differ in how they are processed: Cacao: These are the raw, unroasted seeds of the cocoa tree. They go through a fermentation process to develop their flavor, but they are not roasted. You can find cacao nibs, which are chopped up pieces of cacao beans, or cacao powder, which is made by grinding the beans. Cacao has a more bitter taste than chocolate. Chocolate: Chocolate is made from roasted cacao beans. After roasting, the shell is removed and the inner part of the bean is ground into a paste called cocoa mass. This paste is then processed further by separating the cocoa butter (the fat) from the cocoa solids. Chocolate typically includes cocoa butter, cocoa solids (cocoa mass or cocoa powder), sugar, and sometimes milk powder or other ingredients. The higher the percentage of cocoa solids in chocolate, the darker and more bitter it will be. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids but also milk powder, making it sweeter and milder than dark chocolate. White chocolate doesn't actually contain cocoa solids, but it does contain cocoa butter, giving it a creamy texture
Excellent coverage brilliant analysis. You guys are awesome. Would love it if you can host a talk show with all the cocoa growers in india. Publicize them.

Our govt needs to learn from Europe, where they have better regulations. Also enforcing regulations is lacking due to various reasons. Make in India is great initiative, hopefully it will grow to all areas. Thanks for bringing this information. We need to educate our young generation!!!
Always different and valuable content ❤❤ you deserves 10 times more subscribers.......
Thank you for shedding light on Indian cocoa-producing brands. They should get more recognition.
If possible please make a video on the dairy industry in India, and focus on the price at which raw milk is purchased from dairy farmers and at what price it is sold.
You will be surprised!!
The same is the case with all hair oils.. say it is almond hair oil, jojoba, jasmin and so on its few drops of essential oil with almost 97 to 98 % silicon oil... fruit juice, ketchup are also in the same league 😂
Essential smells very harsh i bought lemongrass it's harsh not gonna use it bad choice to buy waiting to return
the type of subjects you guys choose to create awareness is really commendable. A big❤for the positivity you bring and the impact you create among the people. You two are indeed a blessing for everyone of us. Love you both Abhi and Niyu.
Just because you couldn't take a stand doesn't mean they need a blessing. Their positivity comes with a bowl full of manipulation and a subtle pinch of right-wing ideologies.
This why I love this channel, no fake thing just information and it's TRUE ❤❤
I was crazy about chocolates in my childhood days but left eating it a decade ago. Can’t eat sweets anymore. Now I’m a spice lover can’t live without spicy food.
So you consume food for taste only
@@ShanksSolo-hq7mv Don’t we all do that? 🙄
@@TaylorLeeKnow No. Food should be consumed mainly for energy and nutrition as it's a type of medicine. Any delicacy or savory attached to it is a mere bonus.
@@ShanksSolo-hq7mv Yes of course I eat healthy too. We consume Rice lentils along with healthy vegetables everyday but spice is a must for my taste. In my language we say botah which is made of either lentils or teels or coriander grinded with chilies. That’s the spicy thing I’m talking about. In brief, I eat lots of chillies, be it small one or big we say Bhoot Jolokiya in my language.
@@TaylorLeeKnow By the words you used I assume you're from North East and most probably Assamese right ?
And yes spices are must for taste but what I was saying that we shouldn't be addicted to taste only as a result most of young and teenagers of today only consume outside food which can risk with health in long run .
i think we need more and more topic like this and i also want to suggest you that please make video on environmental topic
thanks for this video👍

Thanks guys.. keep raising these sensitive points
Amul has a lot of percentage of cocoa in many packs, amul dark chocolates are best for now
I watched this video some timw back. And today in upsc prelims exam, there was a question which states "where is the abundant cocoa production in the world. In options there was ghana too. It helped me. Thanks 🙏❤
Add the Indian-made chocolates you tried with real cocoa content in the description. I want to try those. I'm sure others will benefit from those too. Thanks for this informative video 😊
Beautifully written and explained 👍👏👏👏👏 hope government listen to these videos and make ammendments
Catch is dark chocolate is the real chocolate. But average cost of dark chocolate bar (Bournville etc) 50 - 150Rs . And most can't afford it on regular basis. While simple dairy milk 🤡 kuch meetha ho jaye😂
That was some beautiful animation in the start!! Keep it up guys❤
I love to watch your all videos bcoz each one of them gives a great lesson ....❤❤❤
Britannia Bourbon also tasted very good back in 2004 now its completely sugar flavoured in chocolate
Very informative for us ❤❤
This is very good decision that you have started to encourage people to read the label (not only price) of the product which you r interested to buy. Good idea to invite foodfarmer to your channel.

50 Thousands Crore Is A MissInformation😂😂😂
Thanks for raising this issue.
My request to health ministry to make strict regulations for we Indians, so that no brand can use the loophole in the laws to cheat us.
Absolutely agree with it, I live in Canada over 3 years , and I’ve noticed it here , the chocolates sold in American markets as well are actually of better quality than in India. Humari government ko in rules ko or bhi strict karna chaiye, otherwise as you said taking it to 2.5% of cocoa is nothing … I better eat a spoon of sugar then , that might cause me less harm 😂😂😂
But yeah, to the point , nice video 👍
Thank you for the wonderful info as always. The last line you say at the end of every video “Ye btane se mjh farak padta hai” always gives me goosebumps 🫡
Kindly share few names of Indian chocolate brands produced in India.

i recently bought dairy milk imported from UK, it tasted like the dairy milk i remember and the only indian dairy milk that could clome close to it was silk, Regular indian dairy milk tastes nothing like it used to, which was exactly what the UK one tastes like. Only Amul still tastes like it used to.
eagerly excited for this video😊

How to choose which chocolate is good/healthy for consumption then ????
read the label, if sugar is more, don't eat it
I prefer our indian made Chikki over any chocolate any time.. it's healthy and sweet, and made from jaggery!!😊

Moddy's from Ooty is amazing !
Cocoa and chocolate both come from the same source: the Theobroma cacao tree, also known as the cocoa tree. But they differ in how they are processed:
Cacao: These are the raw, unroasted seeds of the cocoa tree.
