why the video is slow in 4k? you probably need a better cpu :)
-you use some ENB? not,on this video only use personal sweetfx + framework & custom timecycle files in which I removed fog and chromatic aberration among other small changes.

like the mod toddyhancer changing the tone mapping, remove timecycle fog and chromatic aberration, Increased the contrast for a photorealistic result.
(LUiCEnhancer ) has no relation with the mod (iCEnhancer) of GTA IV or his creator.
lost performance whit mod 10/15fps (depending on the wheater)

i have 970 sli i play the witcher 3 4k but get around 25-30 fps not worth it lol i dont have a 4k monitor tho
My 970 runs gta 5 @ 4k medium to high setting with some few advance settings and i get like 40-57 FPS

Ehh, you can play it on a 970 at 30fps or more if you take off AA and such. Plus you can have it still run somewhat smoother if you have G-sync. Though it all comes down to if you want resolution or fps.

As it turns out you can have a damn Crossfire FuryX and it'll still happen. It's more of a RUclips thing than anything else. I can watch downloaded 4K content just fine ;p However that's not needed. I just want RUclips 4K (on my 1080p monitor...) because 1080p on RUclips is more like 720p in real life. The bitrate is atrocious on lower resolutions basically ;p So are the damn bitrate artifacts that still plague YT videos from time to time.

It's because it wasn't needed and it would just add a year+ of development time. Not to mention that the people who play are no different than the developers of the game that work at Rockstar. The players and Rockstar staff are both real people with similar talents.
