Now I hope to see his hitting come along, since he's not been consistently at his best at the plate so far.
He didn't even complete his start ... yet another failure to go *9* dictated by the "Analytics" As*holes and "Pitch-Count" Nazis that have obliterated the Art of Pitching and are fast on the way to destroying the game of baseball itself. The only reason it wasn't another notch in the loss column or a "no-decision" was due to some rare, timely production from the Angel bats. In the meantime, Ohtani has another shut-out and complete-game victory snatched from him by the "sabermetric" lunatics. He was fortunate to not lose the "W" as well like happened numerous times last year.
It was an Ohtani masterpiece, definitely. Even when he allows hits, he often renders them insignificant by then shutting down the opponent in that inning. I don't think it's disrespectful to the opponents at all. But I gather that occasionally he pissed off one of the opposing team, as happened in this game. It seems that Devers was upset at Ohtani's display of emotion after striking out Devers. It certainly wasn't directed at Devers personally. I think it's admirable that Ohtani is that emotionally charged and into it without trying to humiliate the opposition. Baseball needs more of that, too.
If Devers had gotten a hit off him instead of striking out he would've bat flipped and pimped it for 30 seconds. Lol he's in no position to get pissed off.

man i love his passion
He kept striking batters out with 0-3 this game (in Fenway!) and it's such a power move lol
He has not been consistent with his hitting early this season but it's amazing that he can hit when he is pitching absolutely fantastic. Ohtani is the most entertaining player in baseball.
We are all privileged to be alive to watch this guy.
and he had a game yesterday until late at night because of extra innings
had no rest at all
this guy is physical monster
white-privileged. No one’s putting other BIPOC players on a pedestal like they are doing for Ohtani.
@@daisymontague9515 hes not even white lol
@@daisymontague9515 someone didn’t pass high school guys!
@@daisymontague9515 if you have a problem come to my house, I have some lead waiting for ya.
The pitch to Devers to freeze him for the K…even if he knew that was the location and pitch…what could he have done? Lol incredible arsenal.
4:17 Great sound!! He is a Monster.
This is why he is the best all-around player right now in baseball and why he won last year's MVP. What other player can control the outcome of the game on both offense and defense?
Beast roar‼︎
MVP Shohei Ohtani 7 innings, 11k scoreless, aggressive pitching is the best🔥
Let's not get too carried away
You were great today. Honored to see you on RUclips
It’s a long season, bro. Believe me. Baseball is for realists, not sensationalists.
@@williamgullett8071 He's the reigning MVP.
@@alexymb4721 How many seasons of MLB has he played?
I bought a Shohei Ohtani Topps rookie Baseball card PSA10 gem mint 2018 last year after the season, and it already went up 30% This card is gonna be worth a million dollars in a couple of decades, like Michael Jordan's Fleer rookie card now, I hope the card will be my retirement money💰👌
I'm buying ALL the Ohtani cards possible this year! Got a couple of his RC's and lots of other #'d and regulars.
He's the new Babe Ruth, so it makes sense to be collecting his cards while you have the chance! Soon (if not already) there'll be collectors from all over the world adding to the demand for his cards! 😰💰💰💰
PSA 10 RC is an awesome choice! 😎
MVP
hope he stay healthyy
Ohtani amazing 😻!!!!! I love Ohtani!!!!!❤️❤️❤️😻😻😻😻
Its amazing what he can do, the best baseball I watch always has Shoehei Ohtani in it.
Shohei Ohtani is my all time favorite MLB Player Because he reminds me of Babe Ruth and I'm not a Angles Fan
2022 is pitcher Ohtani's year
He has a 90 ERA plus so he’s been below average overall on the mound so far…
@@LouieOcean2 and you're forgetting the amount of Strikes he has this season along with splitter percentage, WHIFF %, and all those things. his ERA+ skyrocketed because of 1 bad start he had vs astros.
4:40 Bingo! He hit the Green Monster to make his number 17 fall off. A miracle!
4:08 「キュンです」
