Very practical and detailed. A MUST WATCH to learn to be an experienced and safe aesthetic injector. Thanks you very much for making them so freely available. I really really appreciate it!!!!
So glad you brought up the powerful and less-powerful procerus muscles. I would inject it with the "normal" amounts and then I started to realize: some patients don't even have anything there! What a great reminder. Thank you!
Thank you for pointing out the small but very important depressor supercilii muscle, I had been receiving a heavy dose in my medial corrugators and would always come away still feeling tension in the inner corners of my brow and didn’t know why - until I learned it was the depressor supercili that needed to be treated more specifically and superficially. Once I added that injection site I noticed an immediate and obvious improvement and lift in my inner brows and now I look and feel more serene and less angry!! Very valuable info in this video!
Thank you for mentioning the depressor supercilli I have a really strong downward pull and my two week top up to the corrigator did not stop this ,so I’m going to injecting the depressor
Herpes is a common infection/condition, affecting about 1 in 4 American adults. Hsv1 & Hsv2 are the common types of Herpes virus and if untreated, they can get unbearable and cause severe medical issues. I'm so glad I'm over herpes and its stigma! all thanks to Dr. Aloha ruclips.net/channel/UC_YFEEZEr1BxGkNg1d4vqww
Wow Miranda, September the 16th... that’s almost 5 months. I am thankful that I hardly have forehead and 11 lines. I have mild crow feet and some bunny lines... I requested a conservative amount of botox done... 8 units each side for crow feet and 2 units each side for bunny lines and wo laaa two days later all is so much better....loving it. 🙏😇
I'm so pleased you're loving it. Botox really is a miracle worker! Mine's been gone for a couple of weeks :-( I tend to get 3-4 months out of the treatment :-) Enjoy yours!
You are both are incredibly helpful! This reel was so informative. It is a gift to educate and instruct via videos and you and your wife are amazingly good at it! Your suggestion to feel the vector of the corrugator muscle was the key for understanding muscles of the face. it just connected everything for me THANK YOU!
Dr. Tim excellent vid! I found myself shouting “EXACTLY!” over and over! I also liked and downloaded the attach because I’m always interested in others techniques or way about things as this is definitely somewhat of an art form and there is no simple “cookie cutter” method. I for one, over the years have clearly adjusted the injection method on myself as I’ve gotten older - when I was younger I could fully freeze up my frontalis to a shine (lol) without too much concern (as I always did the glabella as well) however nowadays I find that I’ll at most do a micro dose or “sprinkle” of frontalis after getting rid of those nasty 11’s (or “resting bitch face”) Everyone’s anatomy is different which is an extremely important thing you pointed out, I’m much stronger on my right than my left, I also don’t have very (lengthy) corrugators so tend to do 5 points between the procerus and corrugators and on the lateral point go a bit lower dose. I love that your video really focused on what works for one, works for ONE and is also something that is constantly evolving as we unfortunately age. I’d also be curious to learn your dilution preferences. Oh, one last thing.... really great advice on administering in “stages” 100% great advice! I know how long I personally take to “kick in” I’m quick, so I can generally tell how things are shaping up and prefer to go back and top off or touch up a bit here or there over the next couple weeks. As they say, “you can’t unring a bell”. Well in this case I guess you can but it just takes a while..... Cheers!
Thank you so much Dr. Aloha. Here is a permanent Solution to Eliminate Herpes 1 & 2, lupus, Acne, shingles and HPV and It's 100% money back guarantee. ruclips.net/channel/UC_YFEEZEr1BxGkNg1d4vqww 👈🍃💛
The diagrams help. However, it would also be really helpful if you could specifically point to the muscles you are referring to on your own or your guest's face in between diagrams so that we can see & understand what muscle(s) you are referring to. Thanks!
Your videos have been extremely helpful for me in starting my journey in the aesthetic world. You mentioned the side effect in some patients of worsening wrinkles below the eyes after injecting the crows feet. I am wondering if you recommend anything to correct this when it does occur?
I am back watching this that came up my feed. Do you think facial exercises like those face yogis do, will neutralize the effects of Botox faster? Do you think facial exercises will be effective in helping the face stay firm like how body exercises help firm and tone our body muscles? Would be keen to know your thoughts.
At Minute 6:30 you are talking bout lid ptosis and its relation to the supraorbital foramen and the pathway of the corrugator superc. You said the supratrochlear but I guess you mean the supraorbital foramen right?
Last time I had Botox in the 11’s & forehead it made my eyebrows come down and my lids heavy. He told me I now need a lid lift op…. I have lost trust to have it again. Please can you tell me what he did wrong, I wanted my eyes opening not hooded
The forehead is the only muscle that lifts, and you take away the ability to do this then a heaviness can be certainly felt especially if you rely on the forehead to keep your brows raised. Many people automatically raise when they do indeed have excess skin between the brow and eyes. These patients aren’t always suitable for forehead botox. So if this sounds a bit like you yes of course surgery will help or very minimal treatment to the forehead or just the 11s. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Hello Doctor, i have to much in the forehead , in the area over the glabella, my eyebrows are droped for almost 3 months now. i am really having a hard time , and a hard time to believe that my eyebrows will be in the exactly same position they used to be naturally. it’s my second time using botox, both times it was glabella and forehead. i never had lines between my eyebrows, but now there is a weird triangle line between my eyebrows because the forehead is pressed down, i hope for an answer , kind regards
I had botox for migraines and my normally arched high brows have both gone like 2 straight lines and so heavy brow skin has flopped down and half my forehead is crinkled , can it be fixed ?. Thank you.
Good information, I appreciate you sharing this knowledge. Dr. Tim I’ve having difficulty downloading the form you’ve prepared. Could you help me with this? Thank you, Carman
The only download I am seeing requires a paid subscription. I just want to down load the injection pattern guide. Is it available without a subscription?

How do I get the download information
I never received the link for the free download, is it still available or is the link somehow broken?
Which book do you advise for learning dermal filler &botox for face?
Nice 👍

How do you pinpoint the injection point for depressor supercili for a medial lift?
Dr were u said inject superficial then u put up a photo were it says to inject deep. I’m a bit confused now
Is it normal to potentially get binocular double vision as a result of too much neuromodulator to the area and effort to raise the brow?
Dr Tim great information thank you , does injecting Botox in the upper face have any effect on or make sleep apnea worse for such patients.
No issues with sleep apnoea. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim

Genius
2:00 different anatomy across different patients. No universal single pattern to all patients
2:40 frontalis muscle side effect
Doctor podrías por favor hacer un resumen por escrito? Thanks
How can I find this download please?
