Haven’t seen to many fazbear entertainment theories before the steel wool era ( more like Henry and William theories ) so this is a nice change of pace !
With The MoonDrop And SunDrop candies discussed in this video, it makes me think the “Chica of the sea” advertisement is meant for something sinister and a cover up too.
The reason fazbear entertainment knows about the nightmares is because as shown in sister location, the nightmares are real and were built by afton robotics and afton robotics belongs to fazbear entertainment as shown by the fact that afton robotics uses freddy bonnie and foxy as characters, that circus baby's entertainment and rental is part of fredbear's family dinner and that fazbear entertainment uses the funtimes in the freddy fazbear virtual experience
since the first game i was questioning them. because they're either incredibly stupid or down right evil. because hiring a security guard to watch the building when they KNOW the animatronics are possessed or at the very least are walking murder machines after hours would basically mean there's no reason to allow anyone into the building since the animatronics would most likely kill them. the animatronics themselves would basically act as free security guards and they wouldn't even need to waste money and resources on a night guard who's just a lawsuit waiting to happen. so they're both evil and stupid. nice job fazbear entertainment.
It's such a nice change of pace to have a video on fazbear itself legit the center of the whole franchise whos carelessness is the reason half of it happens and yet it feels like we ignore it a lot. Great video as always!

You forgot to mention Mangle. Fazbear Entertainment left an animatronic with exposed circuitry and parts that a kid could get their hand cut off by out in the open because their employees got tired of fixing it. They didn't even close off the kids cove, they didn't even put Mangle into Parts & Service, hell, if they did that they probably could've salvaged some parts for later purposes, no, they just labeled this deadly hunk of junk as a "Take apart, put back together" attraction, and come to think about it, that's probably VERY illegal. And they ALSO brought it back for their delivery service later on, which come to think of it, could've been MORE ILLEGAL than leaving it in the pizzeria. Other than that, great video.
One thing I’ve noticed lately when it comes to the books ( the tales) is that there’s more of a insight to how corrupt these guys are lol. Honestly would love ppl to cover fazbear ent more. It’s just nice to see how bad they are. I liked how chill this vid was. And as always liked how you went over everything.
According to the books, Afton was indeed arrested thanks to the security camera systems, however due to the lack of evidence and the bodies never being found. The police had to let him go. The officer who did arrest him even has a somewhat major role, I feel like his character could have been expended upon more. (Like every other character to be honnest)
@@mill2712 they did, supposedly... According to the Phoneguy in fnaf 2, they originaly wanted to use the Withered animatronics for the 87 location, even going as far as begining retrofitting them with newer technology (wich is presumably the advanced mobility and facial recognition system the toys have) but ended up dropping the idea because, and I quote: "But they where just too ugly you know? And the smell..."
There is still chance a we could see new characters in future installments fighting against Fazbear Entertainment and their mischievous creations. I mean we could be potential past survivors (referring to ones from the books and games) along with animatronics who want to put a stop to this madness.
On the bright side, there's something I really like about the fact that Glamrock Freddie is able to file a complaint like a regular employee. Kind of reminds me of the Clones in Star Wars in a way, where he and the others aren't QUITE treated like people but they're still allowed to act like people in some ways.
I used to think that fazbear entertainment was an innocent company, but after reading some of the books and looking further into the thing made me realize that they were the real villains of this franchise.
@@brundakberh ...eleanor is only the villain of one of the stories. there's like 36 stories across all the books, not including the Stitchwraith stories
We are a very good company, and we have not reported any injury at the Pizza Plex. We are still not liable for any injury or death at The Pizza Plex. If someone is reported to be missing, a missing person report will be filed in 90 days. - Fazbear Entertainment
My theory of whats in the box at the end of fnaf 4 is the legal documents for fazbear entertainment and the two locks have two different keys that both henry and william own, and since william is dead and henry burned.. the keys cannot be retrieved and the legal documents cannot be accessed meaning fazbear entertainment is forced to perminantly continue on making mistakes until the box can be found again. Or is it best left forgetten like the text says above the box during that ending
William probably got bailed before trial and then went to the pizzeria. Also to be fair, not hiring human employees to work at a Fazbear establishment is actually kinda good because that means no employee bodies stuffed in suits
3:55 This behavior may have started even earlier, as their whole method of dealing with springlock failures is "go into the back room so no one can see you bleed out". That's basically it, which paints a less-than-pleasant picture of their priorities. 5:00 That might actually take place before FNaF 1, since the animatronics in that minigame have buttons, a feature only the Withered styled-models have, and an unnecessary detail to put in if it didn't mean anything. 5:08 He was never convicted, though, just charged. I don't they managed to put anyone in prison. 10:10 I don't think they lobotomize you per se, but they definitely send you to a mental institution, where lobotomy is a _possibility._ 11:02 Alternatively, it was simply bought out and the new management changed the company's priorities. 16:35 Predicts? I'm pretty sure it's a commentary on what had already been happening for a while. 18:58 That doesn't really sound angry.
5:17 This video is factually incorrect, William actually Fortnite dance his way out of prison through the toilet(s) Also, cool and interesting/insightful video. I had the thought about FazEnt being behind everything, but I didn't stop to fully consider everything they've done.
A company can change types without needing to restart and an incorporated company and a LLC are pretty similar just means they stopped selling stocks I guess
@@zach2712 Depends on the state bro, also an LLC doesn't sell stocks (like you said), but that doesn't mean that they can just take BACK all the stocks they've already sold. It's more likely that Fazbear Ent. dissolved and then reformed later down the line.
I'm pretty sure it says somewhere in either FNAF 1 or 2 that the person suspected of committing the killings was released because they couldn't prove it was him. So that's how William got out. (The news in FNAF 1 isn't necessarily referencing any murders that took place at the FNAF 1 location btw, there probably weren't any since the classics were already haunted back when they were the withereds. So the FNAF 1 news clippings are probably talking about the FNAF 2 murders)
I love how Springs concerned about Sun and Moon meanwhile the company has been doing this since FNaF2 (they let kids playing with Mangle, same logic with Sun and Moon as both of them and Mangle are sensitive animatronics, Safety Hazards)

I feel like an easier explanation for the Nightmare animatronics being in Help Wanted is just that they're from the games by the 'rogue indie developer,' though your interpretation was good, too.

They say that and it’s true not a lie since in balloon world it says Fazbear Entertainment is an LLC (aka a limited liability company) instead of a corporation so it’s not a lie
10:40, yes, they said that fazbear entertainment is no longer a corparate entity, but they never said something about another type of bisness, so yea, fazbear entertainment can still exist, just not as a corparation
I mean, a lady literally made a 1-hour video pointing out almost all the OSHA violations the Pizzaplex has so yeah, Fazbear Entertainment has always been pretty questionable.
You know what? If þey have FazGames like Help Wanted and þe fnaf 2+3 minigames þere could be a markiplier in þeir universe and 19:33 could be a celebrity cameo
I actualy really dislike how they went from shaddy, but mostly corner cutting and careless corporation in the first few games, to just comicly evil in the newer games.
The narration doesn't make any sense in this case. 1. FE isn't actually a large corporation - they had like 3 locations opened at once at their peak, all of them being somewhat close to each other. 2. For dominant part of the story it's run by either William, Henry, or both, while everyone thinks of their CEO as some unspecified person/group. The exceptions are Fazbear Fright where the guy running it propably doesn't own the franchise and the Pizzaplex. 3. Everyone, including Scott Cawton acts like springlock suits fail all the time. I think we can assume the original Freadbear's functioned for at least couple of years, and the only two failures happen in specific situations with a lot of water and movement. 4. Somehow there's still someone that thinks reviving a restaurant tied to 11 dead children is a good business idea and for some reason that person is right. 5. We actually see FE try to fix the problem with animatronics - when in FNaF 2 the toys start to act weird they immiedetly provide required equipment to the guard until the programmers fix the issue, and after the bite of 87 they no longer allow the animatronics to get near children.
Stuff like this often tends to happen with coroporations that have been around for a long time. When the founder(s) begin the company, it's often with the main point being to provide a product or service. But as the company grows and makes money and as the years go by. The founders either retire or pass away and new people take the helm of the company. And the priority shifts from providing a service or product to just making money. Though with Fazbear entertainment, their sheer greed is really insane.
I love pizza but I just going to get some from my local grocery store and why would anyone want to eat where kids got killed, Jesus Christ, also thanks to this game I fudging hate rabbit (mostly Glitchtrap, because of personal space 9:05
Someone who did told robotics wanted go anywhere hunting jumpscare kills people and guard some gregory too. Why because William afton purple guy, marionette , Glitchtrap and vanny ( vanessa) and Burntrap and others they did gave all robotics turned evil with eyes black and red, purple light some evil eyes red light and orange yellow mix. Vanny ( vanessa) always against gave him glamrock freddy turned evil against same other robotics too. Itself really real robotics good before. After they did gave them robotics turned evil.
I feel like the arresting the murderer thing is actually Henry taking the blame only reason why it makes sense that he doesn't do anything until pizza sim also from a logical sense, William's kid dies from his fredbear, his own daughter goes missing, plus other kids it links to him cleaner then William at surface level
In the FNAF books, Fazbear Entertainment did some pretty bad stuff. They were coming up with all these dangerous objects, and gave them to kids. These include Fetch, Lonely Freddy, Plushtrap Chaser, Shadow Bonnie, Faz-Goo, Sea Bonnies, Kids At Play Signs, Felix The Shark, The DreamSphere, The Springlock Suit in The Roleplay Area, and the VR and AR booths. So yeah.
Even Freddy, the robot who MAY be a literal dead child that thinks they're a robot, filed a complaint about the absurdity of making a FIRE ESCAPE only available to VIPS.
Also Generators being in the sewers just as there are generators in the daycare pretty much screams “FE put those there and is aware Of everything that’s in the sewers.”
I like the idea that they did catch Will, but due to Rich Person Bullshit™️ (I guess we don’t know if he’s rich per se but he did design some crazy ass animatronics so I would assume that’d bring a fair amount of cash) he just got away with minimal consequences. The real horror is the fact that this happens irl :) I have no idea how well it lines up with what we know, but still. The Great Toilet Escape is way funnier though
I passed out like half way through the video and woke up not soon after, but my brain instinctively filled the gap with springtrap on a waterslide. I love my brain.
I don't think William was ever arrested. I think he framed Henry, so Henry went to jail instead. It would explain why Henry did nothing for decades to save his daughter. Of course this is just a hypothesis, but it would make sense.
1:46 Honestly, I feel like the company was always kinda shady in the first place. We know that Freddy Fazbear's Pizza opened in 1983, and Fredbear's had opened before then, and we know from the springlock training tapes we hear in FNAF 3, which most likely predated 1985, that both Freddy's and Fredbear's had springlock suits since the beginning, which are already extremely dangerous. In those same springlock training tapes, we hear phone guy basically say to us "In the scenario your body is completely mangled inside of the suit, make sure you bleed out in the backroom so you don't make the customers uncomfortable. This tells me that this corporate soullessness was always a staple of the company, at least as far back as when Freddy's first opened.
And their solution to moon only happened after they tried to murder him even if they were successfull they stile killed an innocent sentient being cause ""he's creepy"" nor "he's a villian in a stage act" does not equal guilt.
This theory video is good but like what if in the finale Fnaf game we figure out that the ceo of fazbears was phone guy! I mean it would be funny and cool but yeah that would be a good theory
Pretty sure the reason for the ffps ending saying "Fazbear entertainment is no longer a corporate entity" it's not because of a retcon or a lie it's because that at the time that was the truth. Henry said that "this place will not be remembered and the memory of everything that started this can finally begin to fade away" I'm pretty sure that Henry was hoping that this would be the last location. But then some total stinky jerk decided to buy the company. The Fazbear entertainment in the steel wool era seems way less cautious than the one in the Scott area. Major example they look the animatronics walk around during the day, you know something that was outlawed after someone took a bite. That difference makes me believe fully that Fazbear entertainment now has a more greedy CEO now.
Id like to point out the deaths only happened at 3-4 locations at different times. This is the reason they stay in business. We have to realize ffp is just CEC

I love pizza but I just going to get some from my local grocery store and why would anyone want to eat where kids got killed, Jesus Christ, also thanks to this game I fudging hate rabbit (mostly Glitchtrap, because of personal space 9:05
can i ask who the bunny drawing is at 4:12 or is it just meant to still be you? either way it’s a very good drawing.
thats my character
@@MRSprings thx for clearing it up
Someone who did told robotics wanted go anywhere hunting jumpscare kills people and guard some gregory too.
The person that was convicted wasn't just some rando, but Henry. It would explain how someone was sent to prison and where Henry was the whole time.
William was in the criminal database. Not Henry.
Bingus is a key part of the lore but nobody realises. They will one day see.
Finally someone talks about fazbear entertainment, they really are more or just as bad as William !!
So yeah.
Fazebear entertainment reformed as a corporate entity as an llc
Fazbear Entertainment has to be in my top 5 list of fictional corpos.
why do you randomly switch between being a turtle and being ̶h̶o̶-
As I keep saying: "These guys care about as much for thier employees as Weyland-Yutani." 👀
Even Freddy, the robot who MAY be a literal dead child that thinks they're a robot, filed a complaint about the absurdity of making a FIRE ESCAPE only available to VIPS.
I want the plushie, if i cant buy it ill make my own
Also Generators being in the sewers just as there are generators in the daycare pretty much screams “FE put those there and is aware Of everything that’s in the sewers.”
how the hell is fazbear entertainment still in business??
I love your videos man your vids always make my day😊
I like the idea that they did catch Will, but due to Rich Person Bullshit™️ (I guess we don’t know if he’s rich per se but he did design some crazy ass animatronics so I would assume that’d bring a fair amount of cash) he just got away with minimal consequences.
The real horror is the fact that this happens irl :)
I have no idea how well it lines up with what we know, but still.
Why not just no more animatronics?
5:19 Loreshank Redemption?
Wait auctully William afton did it, because he was the one turn it horrible company but thank god we got rid of him.
What a nice youtuber I hope they don’t get turned into a marketable plushie
16:18 a walle reference remember the movie WALL·E, that could be our future it’s terrifying.
Jesus, who's running this company?
At first was Afton, but I don't know who
Mr Krabs?
@@Gnar05He lives under the sea 🌊
If I were to make a joke about how corrupt and greedy this company is, my joke would be comparing this company to the Roblox Corporation.
Id like to point out the deaths only happened at 3-4 locations at different times. This is the reason they stay in business. We have to realize ffp is just CEC
