Ordered the fold up bef cover over the roll up after seeing your video. The roll up looked cool, so I hope the fold up is just as good and maybe more sturdy. I just bought a 2023 and your videos swayed my decision.
I've had the trifold covers. They work fantastic and are super easy to install and remove the whole cover when needed. You will be very happy with it. And congratulations on the new gladiator!

Yep changed my mind. And glad I did. The leds are the best 38 bucks I ever spent. Also just did led in the back up reverse lights to so I can see better in the tight woods backing up. Those are a huge difference too and only 10 bucks.
This is impressive as you didn't install a lift give extra spacing from the frontal tires rubbing when making the turns. Also, you didn't need to recalibrate your suspension and recalibrate your gearing as well. Nicely done. Also, be very careful for door joints corrosion while you drive in water dense areas as the salt water and soil salt components can corrode slowly.
Yep didn't want to mess with a lift or any of that but still wanted 100% articulation even with the swaybar disconnected. These 35x11.50 tires allow me to do that. Thank you for the tip on the doors!
Love it! That color looks really sharp with the red Rubicon accents. I need to get with the program and get a deer in the back of mine! The light upgrade looks like a great improvement.

I just bought the new Falkin Wildpeak RT’s incredible tire. They came in a 295 65 20 for my 3/4 ton in 10 ply. 35” tire and doesn’t stick out at all. Very impressed by the sound, ride and capabilities.
Really wanted to try those. Not available in the size I needed or I would have.

Falken has the 35-11.50R17 in their new WildPeak A/T4W.
They do now. They did not when I bought these. Those falkens will be on this truck next. The toyos are wearing way to fast.
Looks great with the 35's. I went with the Kenda Klever RT 35x10.5 (kind of a Pizza Cutter look). I agree the 35's look good they really fill in the wheel well. Like you, I lost only 1 mile per gallon in fuel economy. The other thing I added after the tires was a Taser which offers all kinds of cool options one of which is the ability to recalibrate the speedo to the correct speed with bigger tires.
Love those Kendals. I was so close to buying them but found a good deal on these. The tazer is a great idea. I have not bought one yet but keep kicking around the idea.

Love the blue! It looks amazing on the gladiator. But finding a rubicon in that color was not possible around me. Actually I should say there was one but they were 5 grand short of hitting the deal I needed and got.
@@Jason-Samko I know how hard it is to find the color, options and price. Took me 6months to calling and go to dealerships to find a Lunar Rock offroad. Your color is a great color to hide under a tree so it's harder for someone to see your hunting spot is.
@cbayless4294 love the lunar rock. I had the same issue with that and the tacoma. Found a liner rock Trd offroad but they wouldn't budge on price so I had to get grey from a different dealer. Same exact situation. 🤣
So Samko. Which tire would you prefer for my 2022 Tacoma TRD off road,,same one you used to have. Im looking at the Toyo open country A/ts or the Falken wildpeaks A/T4W, the new Falken wildpeaks? I like the way they both look and don't have a lift or level kit. Just stock TRD off road. Going with just 265/70/r16 or 265/75/r16 size. Thanks
After 14k miles I'm not real haply with how fast the toyos are wearing down. I won't buy them again. My wife's falkens have 30k pavement miles on them and have more tread depth left than my toyos with 14k miles in the woods. I'd go falkens. I will replace these with the new falken at4w when these wear down

How much did the 35” throw your speedometer out?
It's a ratio not a solid number and depends on how fast you are going. I think it was 4 or 5 mph at 70. But I have the tazer mini so it was easy ro change to the new tire size.

will look it up when I get a chance and update the link. but any led bulbs that fit from sealight, auxbeam, lasfit, etc are all basically the same and work great. I have used all different brands with amazing results.
Are not getting the ZR2?
Canceled the zr2 when I bought this. I did a video on it called why I canceled my zr2 order a couple weeks ago. Only reason was I got over 10k off on this gladiator making it a smart financial purchase. And I love it. Will probably get the zr2 in 25.

@loganlittrell945 congrats. Such an amazing truck. Wish I was getting the zr2 as I really wanted it. But could not pass up the decision to get the gladiator at this price. Even though I love the gladiator I'm a little jealous of those with the new zr2.

Lost me at wider tires have no benefit. The benefits are huge, better traction, protects the body off road, fills in ruts better and so on. If paint chips are your issue, you have a pavement princess and do not need 35s.
you should do some research on all that. especially on gearing, weight, axle damage, etc. this isnt my first rodeo
