The old suite. I'm doing this flight next March in the A330neo. Lovely review

Last time used the Club House was when flying to Hong Kong in an A340. An experience - train delayed had to rush through was the last through security and 1 glass of champagne in the club house then to plane. Those were the day like the times before when they had massage on the plane and Cow Shed to have a haircut on arrival great soft boiled eggs in the arrivals lounge. Still have a set of the lounge wear and still use their shoe bags today. Lesley Phillips was the voice on the safety video

Another great review. Looks like that A350 is about due for a refurb - I can't imagine how hard it is to keep those plane interiors looking fresh. I like Virgin, but typically fly Delta because of my location.

Same here.. locked into 20 years of Skymiles (should be Skyyards) and if i can pick a Virgin operated flight I would pick that over Delta One... the Clubhouse at Heathrow is better than any Skyclub out there

I loved watching the tailcam on a flight to LA but like your seat, mine had not worn in well. That one looked very tired indeed!

My wife and I totally concur with your review of the current offering by Virgin Atlantic. The Clubhouse and staff together with the on board crew remain the jewels in the crown for the Airline 👏👏. Turning to the A350 configuration, it does not compare well with the space and storage options offered by BA.
We totally agree about the on board food offerings which have diminished in recent years to the extent we feel Virgin now gives the impression of “penny pinching” in this regard.
Please continue to provide such informative and balanced content 👍👍

I enjoy the free chauffeur service and The clubhouse is lovely at LHR and stress free “ My favourite A/C is the A330-NEO upper class ( business) it’s exactly the same hard product as delta ones cabin on there A330-neos just a different colour cabin . Great video very informative .

Good video. Such a shame that the quality of Virgin’s food offering and substandard
Wi-Fi lets it down on what is otherwise a pretty decent product and I do still love the Virgin brand.

Have thought over the years with VA they are gifted amateurs versus some of the ‘top notch’ Middle East/ Asian airlines. On a recent BA Business Class flight 9:20 across the pond they were better than a couple of years ago. Food was very good. Also good service.
Will try Jet Blue next time as seen some good reviews.

A good fair review. I'd agree with you about VA Upper Class food not feeling premium. On my last Upper Class flight from JFK to LHR, I was served Cod and Potatoes, it lacked that special feeling. I'm flying this route again in November/December. I'm intrigued as to what the menu offerings will be at that time of year.

Did you go to the airport by train or car as I wondered why you didn't arrive at the dedicated Virgin entrance which I think is a lovely start to your journey. Thanks to points, I flew with Virgin to JFK UC in May on the 350-1000, flying back on the Neo in UC too - what a treat! Your cabin looked a bit tired, as was mine but your food was by far 'miles' better than mine, I had to leave most of it as it was so bad. The UC Virgin food now seems to be very mediocre if not poor unfortunately, probably due to all the cutting back. I enjoyed your video very much thank you, honest, no flim flam and to the point. Maybe reduce the volume of the muzak a bit? I'm flying back to JFK with Virgin again in October, PE at the moment and waiting for reward seats to be released, out and return. It's so annoying when you have lots of points but can't use them to upgrade and Virgin are notorious for their huge taxes!

I said thoughts seats would get tired quickly, and it looking like VS will need to replace them soon

Another great video. My view of Virgin Atlantic is that their Upper Class (Business) product is over priced. Their LHR clubhouse & check in service are a credit to them but the food selection is both poor & somewhat odd! Keep the videos coming.

The one thing I truly hate about Virgin is their political decision to not have any beef options, why should they force their political agenda onto their passengers? It's wrong
