Popotla is a magical place. We fish out of there twice a year and always have the greatest time. Great food, great fishing, great drinks, great people, great fun! Four stars!
My husband speaks perfect Spanish/English, grew up in Los Alamitos. Never took a challenge of starting a tourism business in TJ area. Just worked his butt off for 20 years at the warehouse in the US until he became disabled. Before we knew it we are in our 50s. Life went by fast. Advice to the young: don't slave. Look at the talents God has given you and make the best of it. Time goes by fast. ♥️✝️♥️

Is this month September good time to visit there for seafood including Puerto Nuevo. Can I bring seafood in an iced container back to San Diego without any issue at the US border? Not sure if US border will ask or search.
I'm pretty sure Cangrejo Marciano means "Alien" or "Martian" Crab due to it's size. I been to Rosarito & Puerto Nuevo numerous times, it's gotten so commercial now, it doesn't seem special(At least to an older person like me who remembers how it was in the late 70s/early 80s) anymore.
