    For those who have never smelled this bread baking… you are in for a real treat. It’s frankly the most intoxicating fragrance of any of the wheats I’ve tried of late…( ie. Einkorn, Emmer, Spelt). It’s outstanding…and why North America left this grain for a less nutritious hybrid..I’ll never know.
