How to set the run time on an Intermatic pool Timer

How to set the run time on an Intermatic pool Timer. If the timer is not running and the pointer is above the start time you'll have to turn it on to move the dial. you move the dial by pulling it out towards you that's how you change the time for daylights savings. The little arrows you can loosen by twisting counter clockwise and then sliding to what ever time you want.
