- President Biden spoke Tuesday on the first day of the 2024 NATO summit in Washington, D.C. On the 75th anniversary of the alliance, he said it's more powerful than ever. The president also said Russian President Vladimir Putin wants nothing less than Ukraine's total subjugation.

They’re always talking about the percentage. It means nothing. If you break it down by monetary value the United States contributes exponentially MORE than all of them. Last year the contribution was $860M because nearly 20 countries couldn’t contribute their share. Even if all the countries paid their 2% we would STILL contribute way more. SMH

In 2014, a democratically elected president was unlawfully and illegally ousted during a revolution, and those regions that were vehemently gainst that, were flipped off and forced to obey the new government anyway. After praising the Secretary for his leadership, Biden looks over at the Secretary's wife and says, "I realize (I'm talking to your wife) I'm personally asking you to extend your service. Forgive me." He then acknowledges that it means putting her and her husband's personal plans on hold. Either that, or he said, "I was sniffing your wife's hair. Forgive me."
Admittedly, I had to listen to it 4 times to understand what he said. It sounded creepy at first. And no one in the audience hearing it live probably understood it either.
