I like the conversation pit, but above all I LOVE the marriage between indoor and outdoor.
I prefer the aura villa that's 250k 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and more open space. It had 3 themes middle, light, and dark. Probably my favorite villa.
Yeah aura was a great design. $50k difference in entry level villa price though is almost apples to oranges
@@trevorhawley1237 Yea so far the cheapest I've seen is the putih 130k tiny house. If I make enough from crypto I'd like something like that as an investment property.
@@brandon7540 hope it happens man! 😄💰 Yeah I really don't mind the smaller villas myself as long as they have a decent layout - still makes you feel like you're in something special.

I like all the wood use inside. Makes for a warm interior. The layout so the rooms continue to the outside element provides nice flow. Nice villa for the price.

Stunning design packed into just a single are, that kitchen is just superb. Those rough sliding doors worry me though, a few years and something will need to be done. Sorry to bring it up but I love watching your vids for materials and glazing systems for the villa we are designing for our land in Ujung. liked and subscribed.

Do they build these away from another BnB so you can live without the party house next door?
For now the developer is focusing on daily rental. You can lease land and build one yourself if you want a little more privacy 🙏🏻

Trevor here - appreciate saying how it is! Yep they squeak a bit : ) It's more common than not prob 80% of villas I've been in do this except for the mega high-ticket glass installs. My villa does this currently it's annoying when have to move the absolute banshees of doors when hosting guests, but we rarely move them we have a bit of a stasis config for the temperature and just leave them as is. One example of great glass I always have in mind is our designer Canggu villa - the quality and precision of the glass is at a whole new level it's all bespoke...man hours behind it are insane: ruclips.net/video/EtWL-myDPRc/видео.html . Massively appreciate the insights this is where inspiration and input for future design happens! Makes it fun

Yep great question - the sliding doors to the bedroom open up wide to accomodate moving furnature. It would indeed be a tedious to swap furniture but the villa comes fully furnished with quality pieces and design so the intention is that it's turnkey as is.

Hi Imran thanks for joining us! Trevor here - Bali is quite safe. Like other countries petty theft happens and you always need to be cautious (as you should be anywhere), but to be perfectly frank I've felt much safer living here vs the US and many other countries as the punishment for carying weapons and drug use is severe which seems to reduce violent incidences substantially.
brutal prices for such small shacks huh. and u don't even own it! lol. But things get normalized I guess and we find ways to rationalize the purchase. I'd only buy smth like that to rent it out.
Yep I hear that. Definitely about the context as you're investing in a tourist destination, so there's 2 main considerations - part of it is being able to have the style of property close to the beach in an amazing place for a fraction of the price vs say the US, but other element is being able to use it as an income property in high demand global tourist location. Or do both - have it as home away from home and then rent while you're away. Plus you get some flex having a property in Bali ... crypto scene out here is insane 😎
Yes the price is high but so is the ROI. A lot of these properties are breaking even with in 5-6 years which we consider a fantastic investment🤩

Not a fan of the pit. It forces you to walk around it a lot of the time which feels like climbing. Looks cool/interesting...but lacks functionality. I'm most curious about the wall depth. I big complain in Bali I hear is the noise coming from neighbors as walls are thin and you have a lot of people vacationing/partying in these units.
Thanks for the feedback Gregory! There's certainly polarization around the pits people either really like them or don't, but we're seeing more and more incorporation in the designs. A benefit is they do open up the space quite a bit in the smaller properties but agree it's a feature that defines the space for better or worse. Would have to check with the developer about actual thickness of the walls and insulation used. It's true noise can be a factor especially if there's a lot of glass used, however it depends heavily on location regarding sound pollution. These units are quite isolated so road noise isn't a factor and partying can happen anywhere, however these units aren't around any big complexes so risk is likely much less.

I think in the vids just once, but I mispronounce Pererenan daily. It's a mental stutter.
