The house designs in Bali are really stunning and the prices are really for the steal! I think these designs would already cost you around $300,000 in the Philippines.
Love the design but the seating in the living space could have been extended, there is too much empty space (if both villas are rented to friends, they would have trouble hanging out in either living space)
With you Paul in that prices - especially during Covid - were much less, however we're considering all factors to price to sell reasonably per the current market, and when run the averages for daily rental prices for AirBnb it truly averages out to these price points.
