Have you copied the "yt-dlp.exe" file to your Local Disk (C) folder? If yes, then try running the "yt-dlp.exe" file by double clicking it. Nothing in particular will happen on screen after that, but it may resolve this error in the Sharedown.

good news, uninstalled sharedown, reinstalled it again, before executing i copied ffmpeg exe files and yt-dlp files to sharedown folder, then it WORKED (no more puppeteer error). (maybe what also helped, i installed chromium and puppeteer globally). then in MS sharepoint it displayed some error, BUT the video got downloaded SUCCESSFULLY. thanks!

Yes, I think you need to have an access to the video itself through a Microsoft account in order to download it.
