So helpful! Thank you so much!
If my laptops screen is like your windows, can I put in second screen and make the screen larger with no gaps?
We use ViewBoards in our School. They work great. There's only one Problem. HDMI 1 isn't working properly. Either it says "No signal" or it takes several seconds till it starts mirroring the screen of the connected Laptop. HDMI 2 on the other hand works instantly. Are there special settings to use for HDMI 1? Thank you very much!
Hi Klaus! Not sure why you'd be having problems with HDMI 1 and not HDMI 2. We recommend creating a support ticket so our team can better assist you: www.viewsonic.com/us/customer-service-form
Can you do group video conferencing with ViewSonic through laptop but using a webcam connected to the viewboard?
Yes, just make sure your webcam is plugged into the USB ports on the FRONT of the board. These are essentially a USB hub that connects to whatever devices is connected to the board via USB.
is it possible to only use hdmi cable for just display? or is the touch cable necessary?
You can use only the HDMI cable, however it will just be essentially a projector at that point and will not support touch.
@@DanielSharpe alright, thanks.
Where can i buy the touch cable?
Most USB A/B Cables will work as the touch cable.
