This is the 1x30in belt sander from Harbor Freight. It's anywhere between $45-60. Here are my honest opinions on this belt sander after 5 years of use.
Nice review.. looks like something a lot of people could use for light grinding and mower blade sharpening.. I may pick one up just for that reason.. thanks
Have this same model I use for grinding golf club shafts. The same belt has been on it for year's. Today it broke. All the other belts I had broke. Right where they are glued together. Assumption belt quality makes a difference. New ones on order.
I would suggest you replace the bearings (top and rear) as the noise coming from the unit tells me they are ready to be replaced. The bearings are cheap and very easy to change. When you pull the bearings you will see the number on the side of the bearing. Most likely they are 6202-2RS bearings. I recommend XiKe brand.
Practical and to the point. Everything I look for in a review. ✊
My man! Dope video. As soon as you said "if you don't want to watch..." subbed

I may have to pick one up I wanna try to do a little knife modding and fix broken or rounded tips and I think this would work great for that.

New belts work fine. Guess my previous ones were too old.

Tracking device needs modification. Have problems with it. Any kits that would repair it?
I have the 1x30 and 6x floor model and they work fine
Nice job
