In the UK you could report someone like that to social services who have the power to take their kids off them if they are at risk. Does Russia have that?

I hate people who try to fight through their kids or drag them into their fights. Those are the same that will cause psychological strain to their kids and make their lives a living hell when the partnership broke up. No matter how mistreated you feel, using your kids as an excuse or to channel your emotions towards other persons is just pitiful. Learn to express yourself and take a stand on your position. It might have positive effects on you, like developing a charisma, growing self-confidence and making a better you of yourself. This is what people look up to and gets you the respect of others in return. It's never too late, just don't give yourself up and be honest to yourself. Get a feeling for your own emotions and hopefully you'll become more empathic for other people as well. It'll has an astonishing impact on your life.
