Kristian, for me part of the charm of these videos is that our brave lads do NOT punch anybody. They meet threats of violence (and actual violence) with public shaming. "Stop recording me!" "I will smash your camera!" They know they're being dicks, and StopXAM uses this as a (usually) more powerful weapon than fists. Plus it's way funnier.

A bunch of definitions I looked up used terms like the vehicle "hitting" or "knocking down" the subject, without explicitly stating that it means the subject goes under the vehicle. So I got it right in my reply to Hawkings Dale, but "driving over" in my original post probably has a more literal meaning.

Did that last guy get his car back just like that? In the USA, once your vehicle is on the tow truck, you can't get it back. They take it to the impound yard and you have to pay over $100 US (varies by area) to get it back. And he would have gotten a ticket which would have likely been over $100 US, depending on the location.

The co-op board changed the rules-I don't know how they could-because purchasers now have to pay a $150 monthly fee for the very same parking space. The city itself has little street parking, and vandalism is an everyday occurrence.
3000 fine for parking on sidewalk. Now let's say that you encounter 30 cars per day when you recording. Now let's put one police officer that will be with you durning those few hours, its free because it's his job after all. We end with almost 90000r that city will get in just few hours. Why no one though about supporting you like that, police can get nice sum of money just by sending one officer to you for few hours. It's almost free money for them to collect.
Having a officer with them would actualy be awesome cause people sometimes see'em and still dont give a dam, if they managed to land some fines they would think twice.

Stopping people on sidewalks is a legit request, but remember that if you will get rude they will get stubborn and that might lead to a fight, causing more disruption. So learn to handle them politely and don't get cocky. The girl at 2:10 was going to back off but your guy was being inappropriate.
Well! This is by far the worst case of side-walk driving that I have ever seen!!! They are driving right up next to the pedestrians! In the U.K., these people would be arrested so fast if they even thought about trying this! They are blatantly endangering lives - especially in those weather conditions! AWESOME to see at least the authorities are acting and doing what they are supposed. In Bulgaria, in the small cities where parking on the sidewalk is even more prominent, no one will come to tow their car away. There probably isnt even a tow truck that does it.
