My cousin had to grovel to keep my aunt from reporting them. :| My Aunt says that the police there also keep all alcohol confiscated for themselves (it’s a dry county)... so I have mixed feelings..

These videos are addictive to watch. Seems like there is a big problem in Russia with some drivers thinking they don't have to obey rules like everyone else. In 2008 the BBC did a documentary series on modern Russia (hosted by David Dimbleby) and in one episode he interviews rich Russians living in Germany. He asks them what its like living in Germany compared to Russia and they tell him that they don't like Germany because 'there are too many rules and laws we have to obey, but in Russia we can do what we like'.
