Very informative! Neck pull has been my “Waterloo” - now I have new methods to try. Thank you!

Impressive. I have been teaching for a number of years and Neck pull is still my Waterloo! Thanks for the demo!

Where can you purchase your mat? Thanks in advance.

This mat is made by Gratz: www.pilates-gratz.com/collections/mats/products/rigid-low-mat
They still use the original blueprints and manufacturing specs that Joe Pilates passed to Donald Gratz all those years ago. These are hand made too... We even did a Gratz tour and you can see it in the interviews and discussions section on the website.. pilatesology.com/classes/gratz-pilates-apparatus-factory-tour/
      Have a great day!

What movement/warm up exercise would you recommend for clients in class to do (while the more advanced are doing neck pull)?
