    The tofu looked magnificent and with rice and broccoli, my favourite green, makes me hungry at the thought of it.

    Our usual is marinated tofu with rice and steamed veggies. I’ll definitely give this Korean Braised Tofu a try. We need a change up. Easy enough. Thanks for sharing.

    I have just made this and it was great. I think I put too much chilli in for my husband but would definitely make again. We had it with new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and sprouts. Thank you for sharing. X

    Try avocado oil, better at high temps, no flavor, some nutritional value. Overall better choice than EVOO, if you must use oil, check it out. The sauce looks a charm!!

    I have the same tofu press and can recommend it... if you want your tofu extra dry, frezze and thaw it again

    That looks lovely.
    I've had Brinner tonight - a TVG classic. Scrambled tofu, La Vie bacon, rosemary fried mushrooms, hash browns, avocado, spaghetti hoops, toasted sourdough and homemade kimchi & sauerkrat :)

    Tofu is like chicken and pork for vegans... it is a like a canvas you can "design" almost any savory taste on

    I used to love Dairylea on toast (always makes me think of Denise from The Royle Family who sometimes served it up for Dave's tea!). So the CC mature cheddar spread could work for me 5:41

    I love tofu but not made Korean braised before. I know what you mean about tempeh but I tend to use both in cooking for some variety.

    The texture of that tofu looks really good and creamy, it looks nicer than tofoo. Recipe looks delish, definitely going to give it a try, thanks! x

    I don't mind pressing tofu (got a press for my birthday🙂) and the Cauldron tofu one has much more calcium so it is my go to.

    Im scaref ot spring onions my mum gave me one once as i loved them and a little white worm was inside i nearly ate him😥
