500grm basmati rice
2 cup fresh peas
2 bay leaves
2 star anise
2 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
8-10 peppercorns
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 medium sized onions
6-7 green chillies crushed
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp curd
1½ tsp salt
Some chopped coriander
3-4 green chillies
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ lemon juice
Oil for cooking
For Chutney
2 green chillies
7-8 garlic buds
2 medium sized Tomatoes
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp salt
Some coriander leaves
