In this video I am going to show you the best recipe for matar Pulao.
Written Ingredients:
Ghee 1cup
Onion 4large
Cumin 1.5tbs
Garam Masla Mix 1tbs
Tomatoes 4large
Green Chillies 4
Ginger Grlic Paste 1tbs
Peas 750gms
Salt 2tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1tbs
Tamarind 40gms soaked in water
Water 2.25ltrs
Rice 1.5kg soaked

I follow your recipes. Really nice way to tell and educate about the logics and way of cooking techniques. Your this recipe does not include black peppers, cinnamon etc in the description indeed. Though you told and showed while making this clip. It's not a great deal but people like me who cook first time prefer to separate all ingredients in a plate before starting to cook. It's easier to look into the ingredients list given in drop-down menu.
