I get an error message on both 1 minute plus videos and on a 0:006 video....is this a known issue?

I've created short videos for my Etsy posting but it is saying there is a problem uploading. I am under the size limit and it is only 14 seconds long. Is there some other formatting or file type needed for the uploads to work? P.S. love the video you made! :)

This is a shop video, not a listing video. You're correct that listing videos can't have audio, but I'm almost positive that your shop video can.
