I practise ki aikido and when the sword is drawn towards the end of the kata, we're taught it as a cut which sweeps outwards in a large circular movement.
Hello, I'm a 13 year old green belt (which is two belts away from black, for me), and I have been taught in the style of kempo. I'm trying to create a bokken kata for my style, and i'd love some help from some more intuit senseis. I have little knowledge in sword techniques, so i'll be grateful for any help. Thank you.
