How awesome to be able to sit in Sweden and have breakfast (watched this earlier today on husband's iPad, where I can't comment) and be at a flea market in Vienna at the same time!! Thank you for the tour! Many years ago, 1991, I worked for a pharmaceutical company and we had a conference in Wienna. Loved the beautiful city - but hated my job!! (quit after only a year, right in the middle of recession. My father almost fainted when I told him I'd left my 'uppsägning' (notice), since the company is very successful, hehe he! Doesn't matter when a job makes your soul sick though). Interesting old ephemera at the market! :)

What a lovely place for a flea market and so many wonderful things to choose from. I laughed when I saw the American license plates, that is one thing I did not expect to see. I love the sweet pictures of the couples too. Blessings

OMG!!! I would get crazy and penniless in this market!!! It's a paradise! I was at a flea market in Paris and I couldn't take anything from there because of luggage weight... So sad!! And those photos? Reminded me of my grandfather's family pictures!!! I have one with my great grandparents (they were from Germany)! What an amazing experience just watching it! I thought the collection of American license plates was peculiar. Glad you explained how they came to be in Vienna. So many gorgeous items at that market! Unfortunately, there are no flea markets in my area but there are a few fabulous thrift stores within 30 minutes or so.

Got a few books to use the covers of, and one chemistry one, I think with lots of "figuring" in it! I don't know what it is, but it will be fun in a journal! I'm "jealous" of your little journaling group! Where do you meet? I'm wondering if I could start a group like that in my town. Would you tell a bit about this soon? Sort of what all you do....Hugs! My pleasure Peggy! 😃 you should definitely start a journaling group!! We meet at various locations, mostly at cafès in hotels that have a big enough table for 12 people and where we don’t disturb others. We all bring journaling supplies and usually journal in each other’s journals and share supplies and exchange ideas and just enjoy hanging out with like-minded creators. It’s very relaxed and casual.

Hi Sis! Great Vlog and very good editing. I know it's a lot of work but totally worth it. I don't like flea markets but this video almost made me want to go. Here's a little background about the big flea market at the "Naschmarkt". It is open every Saturday from 06.30 am to 2.30 p.m. There are about 400 private and professional sellers. A small place (1.6 x 2m) costs EUR 21,80 for the day, a big one twice the size is also twice the cost. The flea market is located above the "Wien" river, which gave our beautiful city its name. The flea market is right next to the actual "Naschmarkt", Vienna's biggest open market. Anyway, it's a great place to visit if you are ever in Vienna! Keep up the great work and please do further Vlogs from time to time.

I have an odd question since, sadly, a trip to Vienna isn't a possibility any time soon. Do you recall how much those smaller cabinet cards were? When I find them here, the price ranges are absolutely insane. I can get them as cheaply as $2/photo up to $20/photo.

Hi Laura! No, thank goodness they are not 😂. This big one in this vlog is open every Saturday morning, the other one I bought the things from is open every Sunday morning.
