My daughter had put some gel nail polish on my toes nails and I could not cut them at all. When she finally got that polish off I could cut my nails.😅 Anyway, I always look forward to your videos.

We’re all human - you didn’t clip off her toe. It’s very hard to differentiate between nail and hard skin. Be safe this weekend everyone! 🇺🇸

I thought those compound hinge nippers would go through those nails easier. Those sounded like breaking taco shells. Nce work

Too bad that you don’t have some acetone so you could remove her polish. I’ve been doing pedicures for 35 years and could never cut toenails with polish on. This is not a negative statement because I love what you do. Your practice is beautiful ❤. Looking forward to the follow up

Are you allowed to trim down the sides or pick out the thick layers of dead skin or because of high likelihood of bleeding you have to skip doing that?

The podiatrist I worked for had nail polish remover swabs. He wouldn't cut nails with polish on them as he said it made them harder to see. Only took a minute or two to remove all the polish so he could start working on the nails. Not sure why she didn't remove the polish first.

Regular filing nails short and smooth is much safer. No digging into the corners, no nipping, no danger cutting into skin underneath and people can do it themselves without much force needed.

In the nursing home they only let nurses trim nails, but I was never taught how to trim nails in nursing school 🤦‍♀️

I think first of all, she must take first all nail polish... She have a driller with she can use ... And than put those feet in warm water for about 10 to 15 minutes so the Nails can be softer...
They always work so fast and skin of old people is SO fragil. Don't cut their toes. It is si painful. Don't Say... We're humans please don't hurt us. We trust You.
