OVERGROWN TOENAILS PINCHING TOES!

Today, Dr. Carter's patient comes in for a toenail trim. The patient has diabetes which has caused their toenails to thicken. The patient tried to trim their toenails at home, however, they accidentally cut their skin. Dr. Carter explains why it is important if you are a diabetic to use proper precaution when trimming your toenails. Dr. Carter encourages the public to visit a podiatrist if they are nervous to trim their toenails due to diabetes or other health conditions.
