Very interesting information concerning PM-Steel. Thank you for that. I bought a Sukenari HAP40 Kiritsuke and I am glad to know more about how to treat is right. It's by far the best knife in my collection. But I treat it like a heirloom. So I don't need to sharpen it.

Is it true that Nato wasn't employed for his knowledge & wisdom on all things Japanese knives and whetstones. But rather secretly he is like an undercover security guard with high expertise in Japanese martial arts. I also heard he has various throwing knives and ninja stars hidden around the warehouse that he can access if needed. Can he really balance his weight on two fingers?
