knuckle marks are inconsistent with a fight and very consistent with a slide injury, the scrapes change angles within 2 fingers consistent with rock embedded asphalt driveway, as i have had that happen in winter on rain to sleet to heavy wet snow storms as a UPS driver. done that atleast 3 times due to glare ice. it takes an injury like that from some one else whose done it a few times to know that injury by sight. you barely have time to get hand below you before you hit all within the blink of an eye.
