I'm a retired State Trooper from North Carolina. These cops are a disgrace to the profession. One threw his cell phone away in one place and the sims card away in another place. People only do that if they are hiding something. They are a disgrace to every single Law Enforcement Officer who has worked so hard. All of these officers need to be investigated. Its clear to me they are Lieing. When he says he don't recall this or that he's lieing.

I agree a lot of the attorneys that are handling this say that no she's actually doing a decent job but I do not like the way she doesn't allow them to say the objection and I think that's going to be a problem if this is appealed at any point because how do you know what these people are objecting on it might be different than what she thinks I hope she's keeping track of that..... plus it's just annoying how I feel like she keeps a lot of stuff out I hope these pictures of Caitlyn and the EMT come into evidence of the jury can see them

I’m confused about this judge and her running interference with testimony. In this brief video her having the lights on and picture taken down on her own and then her jumping in for defense to “move on” without an objection from the state. She’s done these types of things daily in this trial. Maybe it’s different in Boston??

The state has the burden of proof. They haven’t been able to prove anything against the defendant. The defense has been able to establish the reasonable doubt. The killer is one of the Albert’s family members.
That is called leaping to a conclusion.

John O'Keefe was one of the good ones. When they say "Boston's Finest", they mean police officers like JO. Was he perfect, I'm sure not. We don't ask police to be Pope like, just decent and honest.
When we think of police who have criminal tendencies and would do anything for family and friends, no matter what, we think of cops like Brian Albert.

I'm following the trial from South Africa and at times I pick up that the judge is either in on all of this or she is bias. This kind of "unfair" trials happen here in South Africa, a 3rd world country, not in a country like America with educated people.
I agree with you that this crap is allowed in 3rd world countries but USA,just goes to show you corruption is rampant especially in the US justice system and LE.

Education doesn’t automatically make one honest. The Judge used to babysit the Albert children and she was asked to recuse herself and she refused. That, in itself shows she feels she’s entitled.
