  • High school athletes are often pulled in many directions. You could be on more than one team. You could play more than one sport! That leaves you training and competing for one sport during one part of the year and training and competing for a club team or another sport altogether.
    Throughout it all, you MUST make sure to get rest at the appropriate times.
    Gonzaga High School basketball coach Steve Turner explains how his program, which is one of the best in the country, schedules its year.
