Hello Brother: I've tried to do xtraview using two Dstv Model 8s Decoders using dual LNB and diplexer. then the primary decoder sends heartbeat signal every minuet but the secondary Decoder still displays error E143-0 and the its xtraview communication status remains Idle. we tried to call to the office, they send signal then it works but after a few minuets the E143-0 error appears again. so please how can i get rid of it
please also tell me the following:
👉if it has a minimum signal quality requirement
👉the position of diplexer(where should it placed)
👉if the model i used really support xtraview

When do one determine that the LNB is faulty. I have E143-4 and I have been trying to solve but it seems I’m not winning. I have two Explora 1 and they have been working until I had the E48-3 error message . I changed both cables from the smart LNB. My primary is working but my secondary is giving this E143-4 error message. Can you help.
Check the cabling well and call DStv for the Extra-View connectivity check up.
I have 2 HD decoder but subscription expired so can I add them for extra view or it must be a brand new one to use for extra view
