- On this Episode of DIY Willy’s BAJA RZR project. Willy continues to bolt the body to the RZR XP 900 Chassis and goes on a road trip to pick up the new carbon fiber parts to complete the body.

This is kinda the easy stuff. I still have a roll cage to build and all the wiring to go still. Then when that’s done it will be time for paint.

They’re almost too nice to paint. I need to work out the best way to attach them.

Thanks dude! The extra cost of the carbon fiber was small compared to just fiber glass. Now I need to get the part clear coated for UV protection.

I only have 2 differently built 212’s, a 224 and a 420 to work with. I can only choose 1..

The progress is going to slow down a bit. There are lots of small things to do when building a vehicle. I’ve been replacing some chassis parts I removed for the build. Some things are main support for the RZR chassis. I’ve been working on designing the roll cage to fit inside both vehicles and be safe. I want to put the plastic floors back in and get it ready for wiring and cooling system.
I’m am anxious to drive so we might see it Predator powered soon… We still haven’t got the engine we plan on using yet. Thanks for watching!!
