I've lived in Malta.. it's much more expensive than other mainland European nations. It's not a nice place to live. Very overcrowded and terribly hot.
Thanks for the video. Though I won't be thinking about retirement for a LONG time, it's still nice to get a glimpse of the best retirement friendly countries.

It depends on what you are looking for. so far none of this country looks promising
aren’t South American countries pretty dangerous? Not that the USA ( Chicago, anyone?) isn’t .
Also, is Portugal immune to the invasion of boat migrants that are causing all kinds of problems in France and England?
