      And any responsible and professional pilot would have done the same break out the credit card get yourself a hotel room some warm coffee and a meal wake up tomorrow when it's bright and sunny why even risk it, especially when the locals who were familiar with the weather and the airport told him not to go but he was bound and determined and he got what he asked for.

    I thought that that t-tail would be hard to get that ice off of. They should have used warm de-icer until ALL ice is off ALL flight surfaces. You NEVER count on any snow or ice to ever come off on it's own.

    His level of attack was at 14-15 percent and should have been 7-9. The stall warning / stick shaker would have stopped if he didn't keep pulling up after the rotate. He should have never been flying in those conditions, and with that many souls on board, I can't imagine why he did. Hind-site doesn't bring them back. RIP.

      God does NOT say he answers ALL prayers.. God says pray for his own will to be done.. then you pray for yourself and others, but first and foremost we pray for God and his will to be done.. and Gods plan must have been for this plane to go down.. because we can not pray and change a Gods mind.. Gods plan was made even before creation.. so when we pray.. we suppose to prat with faith that Gods will is to do such n such.. praying that God's will was to keep the plane in air.. we can only pray with full faith..

    • @vhehn
      @vhehn 10 месяцев назад

      got to say thats pretty fricking dumb. why would god need you to pray that his will be done? besides thats not what the bible says. does the bible lie? Matthew 18:19 In-Context
      19 "And I tell you more: whenever two of you on earth agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three come together in my name, I am there with them."

    • @JoeLattimore-ss2pm
      @JoeLattimore-ss2pm 10 месяцев назад

      @@vhehn no, it's not dumb.. I agree with all the scripture you just shown here.. but did you really not know this??.. God does NOT NEED, us, to do anything.. but yes we are suppose to ask Gods will to be done.. Gods will to be done over your own.. and yes we suppose to pray for our own needs or wants and others.. but, tell me why you wouldn't ask Gods will to be done for??.. according to the bible we should.. does Matthew 6.10 ring a bell.. we are suppose to pray Gods will be done on earth as it is in heaven.. because it's definitely evil here on earth my brother.. oh and no pun in my reply, I'm only holding a great Convo about the lord and nothing wrong with that.. Aircraft cannot fly with ice on the leading edge of the wing structure...PERIOD! It disrupts induced lift. Every student pilot know that. I feel so sorry for passengers that simply don't know the dynamics of flight ( not that they're supposed to ) and put their trust in a pilot that is supposed to know better! God rest their souls man! Real sad.

    • @victorcroker2765

      I hear you. Still the same aerodynamic principle.

  • @megadavis5377
    @megadavis5377 Год назад +6

    Judging by what I saw in this video, it appears that they may have been able to make it okay if the pilot had not tried to climb so steeply. He came off the ground and appeared to be in a somewhat normal climb until disappearing from view. So the airplane WAS flying for a time. If the pilot had lowered the nose slightly and allowed the airspeed to build to a much higher speed (assuming a diverse departure area...), they very well may have been able to stay in the air. But with that much deformity of the airflow around the wings and tail caused by the ice, the slow speed was insufficient to maintain lift and control. In a situation like this one, you cannot mindlessly rotate at the normal takeoff speed and expect normal performance. You must gain excess speed then raise the nose slightly and let the airplane fly itself off the ground when it is ready to fly - if it will ever BE ready to fly... With ice and snow on the airplane it may never be ready to fly.

    • @wladmuir
      @wladmuir Год назад

      Is it normal for a plane to turn left like that as soon as it leaves the ground?

      There was likely hilly terrain in the area and with virtually no visibility, a steep climb was likely not optional. Stalling due to icing was not optional either. What was optional was not flying at all.

If your religion requires or inspires you to be or to play stupid then you don't have faith. You are deluded. May I introduce you to organized Christianity throughout America.
